@@javiermedina2500 This is not dandruff, it's scalp psoriasis. It's a skin condition that cause big patch of scaly skin. I personally had this for many years. And it get worse if you live in a dry climate. My scalp would have these scaly bit start forming 2 hours after washing my hair, even when my actual hair is still wet. The first 1-2 days, if I scratch it like this guy, I would also get these big flaky patches. By 3rd-4th day when I have more oil in my hair, the they get more broken up and start to look like dandruff. But even then they are MUCH bigger than the dandruff you see when you google dandruff. You see flaky bits like the one here. I have it under control now.
