I have this same bike, even the color scheme. Been trying to figure out some good upgrades for it. It's still stock 105 other than the saddle and wheels that I swapped out. I like that blue bar tape. Matches the bike's blue accents nicely. Cheers.

I am upgrading the bike again. I am currently using Zipp Sprint stem with Zipp sprint computer mount. Zipp Aero handlebars. Having trouble with the wheels right now.
Man looks great with that saddle height, wish i was tall.😂 Careful with those powerful brakes in a panic braking situation, a lot of broken teeth out there.😅

i didnt have any problems with disk brakes, they are really good.
hoonestly, 8kl is not light for CAAD12
