i hope soon magkakaroon na ng highrise (35F+) buildings ang zambo and a business district like IT park
Hopefully we'll see a 30+ floors building being built in the city.
There's already an IT Park in the city at ZamboEcozone with 4 IT-BPO buildings (4-storeys).

Maybe Zamboanga City can built it too. Hindi ba earthquake prone ang Z.C?
Zamboanga City is not earthquake prone nor typhoon prone. The city is perfect for tall structures.

It's a mixed-use type of development. Aside from the two-tower condominium complex, there is also a Proposed 11-storey Quest Hotel (by Filinvest) to be constructed infront of Futura Vinta on a 4,041 sq. m. lot. The proposed hotel has already been issued with an ECC permit. Quest Hotel Zamboanga will have 189 guest rooms (6,766.90 sq. m) with three (3) restaurants.
Where Will Ayala Malls Zamboanga Be Located At?
Still no info on the location of the proposed Ayala Mall in the city.

It will most probably open in 2025. The 2024 opening as earlier reported may not achieved based on the current phase of its construction. The mall is too big to finish within this year.
Ask ko lang. Bakit wlang Gaisano mall in Z.C?
We also don't know why. Atleast we already have two (2) SM Malls. If they (Gaisano) wish to come in, then we will welcome them as how we welcome others that came in first. Record-breaking sales for their opening. We'll let them experience the Zamboanga way of welcoming new investors in the city.
@@CDZupdates based my observation, Gaisano is very typical mall in Mindanao. It's cheaper daw sabi nila..
I hope in the future Z.C will have Robinsons mall. Like in Pagadian City they already have a Robinsons or Gaisano although it's small but at least.
Why u always speak Spanish I don't even understand there's no Spanish in Zamboanga
It's CHAVACANO, a Spanish Creole Language spoken primarily in Zamboanga City and is the lingua franca of surrounding cities & provinces in Mindanao.
We as Zamboangueños, are truly proud of our unique language..
