you should check out eso-charis, living sacrifice, Luti-Kriss(called Norma Jean now), Zao, etc. Takehold records and Tooth and Nail records are awesome sources for christian death metal. a lot of it is intensely brutal, too

Just the heaviness and clarity of the vocals is absolutely perfect. Such raw hatred
So far I've only listened to like 6 tracks and this is musically and lyrically a massive step beyond "Hate" they have stepped out of the usual gravity and blasts fills and solos. Everything sounds like it was strategically placed to give the album volume and an ethereal ambiance. It's very fitting with the overall them of the record and tastefully crafted. It sounds like they actually have a point and a message behind this record instead of just being brutally heavy for no reason and no real lyrical content. Great job Thy Art Is Murder

I've been jamming to this non-stop since yesterday. This is phenomenal. Usually when I start listening to a band, I get really attached to the old music and don't find the bands new releases to be nearly as satisfying. Thy Art Is Murder hyped this so much, and I had low expectations. This changed everything. This is just as good, if not better, than Hate.
I really like how the vocals sound, because that's how CJ sound LIVE! Not like in hate which he sounds different. But besides that this album is great! I'm glad I preordered!
Some times It seems like I'm not gonna dig it, like its bland, then they sneak in some fuckin crisp part that makes the song. Very cool.

This is my official "why haven't I heard of these guys before?!" band. This album, along with Hate are pretty awesome.
Just saw these guys live for the first time in Syracuse New York with White Chapel and another band that I don't wanna give recognition of even mentioning.. AND all.i'm going to say is these guys and WhiteChapel are a must see.
CJ was TAIM. Him gone, I doubt I'll have much enthusiasm to listen to these guys anymore.

Amazing all 5 times I've seen them. They will never dissapoint. Phil is a god as a front man as far as everything. His ghostly demonic presence makes his 5' appearance seems as is he's a giant...even though they had one good song on their last album.

It's the one aspect that disappointed me about this album, but I at least enjoyed the instrumentals on here a lot more than I enjoyed Hate's instrumentals (they remind me of The Adversary), and CJ still does a solid job on vocals.
