Mejo nalabuan ako sir, kasi once na wala ka pang new LMIA ang hawak mo parin na work permit is yung sa unang company so kung technically ang hawak padin nya work permit or visa is yung sa una nya company, kasi lalabas lng yung new work permit nya kapag may bago na sya LMIA...so kapag nag start sya ng trbho sa new company nya ng wala pang new LMIA at new work permit hindi po ba illegal yun kasi ang labas magwowork sya sa new employer na hawak nya work permit is yung sa una nya company..since on process palang yung bago LMIA.
Sabi po kasi ng CIC parang applied status na iyon kasi nga po hindi naman kasalanan ng Worker na nawalan siya ng trabaho...basta mailalakad lang agad ng bagong employer yung LMIA niya....

Sana masagot po itong tanong ko po. Im applying for LMIA may employer napo ako sa canada actually po nakausap kona sya. My employer has consultant po to process my papers. Last june 22,2022 i submitted all my documents to the consultant and ang sabi nya it takes 2-3months lang po may work visa nadaw ako pero until now wala parin po. Im applying for care giver po. I have ielts and biometric done napo. And all the document po na hiningi ng consultant binigay kona po. Mga ilang months po ba talaga ang processing time ng LMIA po to get a visa po. Tnx po sa pagreply sir.
I have no idea po kung sino ano ang nagyari sa papers ninyo..but depende rin po kasi minsan sa processing time....please see my vlog about processing time ng CIC...

Bakit ang tagal ng lmia after namen magpass ng contract
Good day po kuya.. tanong klng po sana at sana mapansin at masagot... Nag process plng po kme ng partner ko as TFWP ang partner ko po ang main applicant as a chef ako po is OWP as food attendant. Currently here po sa Europe.. Ex dubai for 7 yrs with the same position.. Question po is ilang months po kaya mag process si main applicant under po kme ng consultancy sa Saskatchewan and hindi po ba tlga pwede kme mag sabay ng pag process pra sabay kme makaalis going canada? And after 1 yr po ba pwede kme mag file ng PR? And pwede po ba na isunod nlng mga kids kapag totally recover na sa budget? Salamat po and godbless

I would like to ask po sana, sana po mapansin nyo. We are a family of four who arrived here in Victoria BC last January this year, my wife has a student visa, I have an open work permit and the two kids are on student visa, our visas are valid until Jul 2024.
May na aaplyan po na line cook sa isang Thai restaurant, they told me that they can provide LMIA so, if ever maaprove ung LMIA, from my current open work permit, using the LMIA mag aaply po ako ng (close) work permit. As far as I understand I need to work 1650 hrs to have Canadian experience bago po ako mag apply ng PR, tama po ba? Or kelan po ako pwede mag apply ng PR? FAITH
When God asks you to Surrender the Things that You Want the Most
God will never ask you to surrender something without a greater purpose. If He wants you to give up something. It’s because He is teaching you how to deeply trust in Him. He wants the best for you. So don’t be afraid if He will take away important things in your life because it only means that He prepared better blessings. So have faith, and be patient. Do not rush God’s timing. He may work in ways you cannot see, but you can trust in His goodness and love. He knows what will happen next, and He is just building your foundation so that you will not easily be shaken when you face storms in life. Do not rely on your own understanding. Acknowledge the will of God, and you will always be guided.
He doesn’t want to break your heart. But sometimes, we all need to go through pain for us to learn and change from within. That’s part of the process. It may be hard to let go of things that you really want. But remember that God created you. He knows what can truly make you feel satisfied and whole. There are things that you still need to learn along the journey. So rely on His wisdom and stop seeing things according to your own understanding. Open the eyes of your heart and focus on the love of God.
Have faith in your loving Father. He will never abandon you. He already performed so many miracles in your life, now is not the time to doubt Him. Keep His promises in your heart, and know that He wants you to receive all His blessings. Do not limit His power and allow Him to move in your life. Do what He instructed you to do, even if that means you need to give up certain things. Know that in Him, everything will fall in the perfect place.
Choose to honor the power of God in your life, and you will have the courage to surrender everything that hinders you to receive more of His blessings. There are times when He will ask you to give up certain desires in your heart, but He will replace them with something bigger. You just need to surrender the small desires first so that He can lead you to the future that He prepared for you. And it requires a humble heart that’s willing to listen to His instructions. It demands the kind of faith that is strong enough to fight all the doubts and worries that you have in mind.
