At 5:45 when you go into the central store, you find a folder called PolicyDefinitions. I created a fresh VM to try it out myself and that folder doesn't seem to exist. Do I need to do anything in particular to create it or do I just copy the entire folder in the C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions ?

You need to lookup that folder on Domain Controller.

Well, and how does the user of "ITLJ-EP1" use this? There are 1000000000 explanations how to install LAPS but not a single video that shows how the user of the workstation can use this password to install software with admin rights etc. O.O
