My earth angel I got from a nursery has only given me a few tiny single blooms that wouldn’t open all the way and yet to flower again. Does it take time to establish?

In the first year, I got a few blooms. In the second year, I had lots of blooms but saw some odd shape to it, which took some pruning to fix. Now in the third year, it's making consistent flowers and has a round shape.
3 years is typical for roses to be completely established.

I live in north India. Gets very hot here in summers. Is it possible to grow such roses in pot?

Yes, possibly. Without knowing the specifics of the climate you live in.
A rosebush facing extreme heat will need watering two or three times a day, with a larger pot or container being preferable to hold more water, and afternoon shade providing significant relief.

@@keepingupwiththeroses sir, I am getting roses from a rosary nearby, I get an option of 18 months old , 3 years old and 7 years old mother plant. Is the 18 months old graft good enough for large pots?

Yes, it should be. One large pot per plant.
In general, the larger the pot the easier it is to grow.
