I work in customer service and I swear if I wouldn’t be fired for doing so, I’d say the same thing Madea would say right in their face with no remorse and I’ve had a fair share of some rude ass customers that I’ve had to threaten with a refusal of service .

While Medea has done some crazy stuff including criminal stuff (Medea goes to jail) I USUALLY think she's basically a good person but THIS time I don't think she was justified in her actions.
