Marcin Patrzałek (born October 6, 2000 in Kielce, Poland) Polish is a fingerstyle guitarist, composer and producer.
He began playing classical guitar at the age of 10, under the direction of Jerzy Pikor, a teacher from Kielce. Two years later, he began learning flamenco techniques with Spanish guitarist Carlos Pinana. In 2015, he won the ninth edition of the Must Be the Music program. Only music, and in 2016 he released his debut album entitled Hush.
In the same year he became a finalist of the International Fingerstyle Guitar Master Competition, and the following year he won first prize at the Joaquín Rodrigo International Classical Guitar Competition. In 2018, he won the fifth edition of the Italian program Tu Si Que Vales. On November 12, 2018, he released an EP entitled revAMP, containing his most popular arrangements.
Previously, he released his own single "Baba Yaga". In 2019, he entered the 14th edition of America's Got Talent, in which he reached the semi-finals. In 2020, he signed a contract with Sony Music.
17 year old Marcin arranged & performed "Master of Puppets" by Metallica.
Marcin uses the innovative technique of "percussion fingerstyle", which is why he chose the flagship Ibanez AE900-NT guitar from the AE and Thermo Aged™ AVD80-NT series equipped with a K&K Trinity Pro pickup, which allows him to combine extensive percussion elements with standard guitar playing.

WELCOME TO THE MARCIN MOUTH DROP!!! The 1st time I saw this young man play, I literally had to slow the video to witness what I was seeing. It's akin to the Pentatonix "Mitch Slap".

Check out his 'Acoustic vs. Electric', 'Habanera' and 'NBA Halftime Show' performance. Marcin's music is a rabbit hole of greatness. He's arguably the best guitar player right now.
Yes please, more Marcin reactions ❤ The tape is to keep the pickup at a certain angle to have more space to play percussively. Literally any song from his production is amazing. He's a composer and a producer as well, the production in his songs is all him. Absolute prodigy ❤

Of course we know him. Every piece of his will blow your mind. A virtuoso, composer, arranger, I think he is more famous than Tim Henson, although I will not divide them (it is worth listening to their performance of Classical Dragon). Marcin started his career earlier. Both are geniuses, until Ibanez produced dedicated guitars for them. In Marcin's case, he came up with the construction with his dad. The guitar behaves like a cahon. The tape sticks the microphone. In Kashmir he plays an old guitar. Currently he uses his own MRC Ibanez model. It produces a more perfect sound. But sometimes he reaches for other models. In my opinion, the best guitarist in the world in the presented style. Watch interviews with him, where he talks about his technique, shows and in another interview tells how his guitar is built.

The nails on Marcin's right hand are 1/4" out and have several layers of lacquer, allowing him to use each fingernail as a guitar pick, plucking strings, and clicking on the body or scratch pad. He also gets the thumping by bumping his wrist against the body. He also has the remarkable ability to manipulate each finger in a different way. Typically he'll use his right thumb to pick the top couple strings while the other four fingers play Flamenco style. All this while playing the melody finger-style with his left hand. Even more, his precision is breathtaking, moving from percussion to the exact finger positions for the next bar.
