with debug menu if you're not using the debug menu it'll only happen when you hear the depressive threat tape note that if the gun starts to turn, you're too late, YOU HAVE NO CONTROL when the gun starts to rotate. Note that threat tape will not try to take a mag and load it from inventory or load empty cylinders, it'll just rack the slide and pull the trigger (multiple times, enough to fire all cylinders on a revolver), it'll also disengage any kind of safety on your gun.
