    Here is what a good dental assistant will want. From myself and my colleagues with over decade in the field. Consistency, a lunch break, not being micromanaged. If your team knows their role, do not insult them, paid holidays off even for part time, paid sick leave, paid holiday leave. Benefits offered, not overfilling schedules. Praise when it warrants it. As you said, utilize the strengths of your team and give credit where credit is due. If you are a DSO, just forget it, they are not compatible with the things that keep assistants for many years.
