I am not saying I am good. I am struggling to get better. I just can't seem to get the hand of all the spinning and can't seem to hit anything when I try.

+Stevan Panici Hey Stevan :D Of course I havn't always been so good. Even if it may not seem so I started like a complete noob into the game, thats normal. But to be fair, when I started to play cmw, which was about 2-3 years ago, there were not as many good players like there are now. Thus it was lot easier for new players to get used to the game machanics etc. I can relate that it is harder for new players to have fun with the game nowadays. However you will never be the only "noob" on a server. I advise you to play on Official Severs since they are used by the "normal" players. Also watching some tutorials about gameplay techniques can be very helpful. Apart from that stay with your teammates (best good players) or play some Bot games before jumping into multiplayer. Additionaly I would recommend to play as Knight if you are new to the game since you get twohitted by nearly every weapon as a Man at arms which can be very frustrating. And YES you should play because the game lives from new players and when you start to get better you will definitely see how fun the game is :D

I once got kicked because it was my second game. I was playing Last Team Standing, but I didn't know that it was a gamemode. When I died and didn't respawn, I was confused. So I said something to the effect of "Is this last man standing? I'm new so I didn't know." I was immediatly kicked... I had the highest K/D of my team...
nice double overhead kills, only got about 4 of them in my whole 1000 hours. but reverse overhead attacks with 68 ping are pretty much unblock able so no skill there.
+baloney from the fridge For some very simple reasons: First I consider Chivalry as a game like CoD but in medieval times and you don't play these games with all-around sight either. Second to play with FOV 130 or 140 (and not 120 which I use and which is the default setting) you need to edit the .ini files which, I think, is not intendet by the developers at all. Third it would reduce the immersion that I have with the game itself. What I specially like about Chivalry is that it nearly has no HUD, thus it gives you a very realistic feeling (I am talking about the visuals not the mechanics of the game). So if you play with a very high FOV your display gets squeezed like you were on drugs and I don't like that... And last but not least I like to hear the enemy if he is behind me not see him since you wouldn't see him in real life either. Don't get me wrong I don't think Chivalry is a realistic game but I like to play it that way. I hope you see my points :D
StormBow i can understand you but playing with 140 fov you see better , not only people behind you but you see enemys better . and you dont need to change from the file you can change in game console once - fov 140 - but thanks for the well wirten answer :)

+StormBow that's simply because they don't like waiting after dying 1 min into the round. official LTS servers are fun and usually filled with skilled players. clutch rounds would make for good footage on your channel.

Jack Rivers Well, steam doesn't list Chivalry as a simulation game so it doesn't need realism. I think it adds more mechanics to the game and therefore, more skill is required. Without all the tricks to Chivalry, just swinging swords at each other would get boring fast since it's pretty much common sense to block.
