@@abbyortiz132 Simple solution: once, just once, have the guts to cast two gay actors already in love as two guys falling in love in the film. I mean, it's not like Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor hid their love affair and marriage, and couldn't, therefore, appear as lovers on screen. And think of all the straight actors who were married and appeared on stage and in movies repeatedly. They became famous because they were a team both on and off screen. If you want gay equality, you have to fight for it.
@@gnirolnamlerf593 it would be great if that could happen. However, that’s not how the Thai BL industry works sadly. Sometimes it’s usually a gay guy with a straight guy, which at least one of them is gay. It’s great to see them being respected by their on-screen partner, but once again that just makes fans delulu still. That’s their fault still 💀. There are straight Thai actors that don’t even support same-sex marriage or the LGBTQIA+ community, and just do it for the money. I am okay with straight actors doing it for the money but who are actually supportive of the community. That is because they can still learn about the community or be empathetic by putting themselves in our shoes. They don’t have to disclose their sexuality if they don’t want to, because that’s their right. All we have to do is respect that. There are even cases where one of the actors are in a same-sex relationship but with someone else not their on-screen partner, which makes BL fans mad either way. So BL actors can never win 😭. I would say that even they do cast gay actors as well to do a BL, there are still going to be haters somehow.
I totally get Jang for warning Kang to maintain a bit distance at least in public. This is the reality of being an idol, we all know how toxic fans are. Let's hope they don't get into this mess, fingers crossed🤞🏻

Think about it. Of all the things Moo knows, he knows love when he sees it.
While Moo would drive me crazy with his clinginess, by the same token, it's such sweet clinginess. And I would admire his "you and me against the world" attitude instead of immediately caving to the pressure from his mother and Shone. Sometimes you have to set priorities. And what are Shone, Jang and Dao talking about with "people misunderstanding?" People who would disapprove would be understanding perfectly. They're in love. You have to think about your priorities, but once you've decided, if your relationship is the most important thing...
Think Red, White and Royal Blue: there comes the point where Henry has to decide between being a royal with all the perks that go along with it and being Alex's partner. Hopefully, both Kang and Moo can succeed in their career goals, but, at this point, they will never succeed, just like Yos and Tae won't, unless they have the support of each other. Kang is being his usual selfless self by being willing to hide in the closet, but doing so will divide him from Moo in the end. Imagine: Moo becomes an idol, Moo goes out on publicity tours, Kang stays at home and watches old movies alone. The ties between them get stronger?
maybe Moo's stubbornness will be a new gateway in breaking the NO DATING RULE for idols.

I love that a mirror is being held up to fans who believe idols (actors) shouldn't have life outside of their careers and fans. I truly hope this is the start of that evolution. The unrealistic expectations hurt, harm and sometimes destroy K-pop idols & actors.
If you adore an actor or an idol you should want them happy > whatever their version of happy looks like you should applaud it & focus on your own happiness as well. These individuals are adults and deserve normal lives. I wish them all happiness, love and romance always (if they want that).
