How to fillet Whiting, King George

How to fillet a King George Whiting Fish, this is one way to fillet a fish, I usually just do it at the filleting table after I come back from fishing, that way I don't have to scale or gut the fish especially if I'm also skinning the fish. That way it saves double handling the fish and time. This trip a mate scaled and gutted them while I washed out the boat so I put them in the fridge to be filleted the next day. Not my finest work but you get the idea!
