This is an instructional video for the demonstration and lab activity “Candy Fiber Pull” from the Materials Science Classroom Kit produced by The American Ceramic Society and The Ceramic and Glass Industry Foundation. The learning objective for this lesson is to demonstrate the unique properties of glass by examining the solid-liquid and liquid-solid transitions of a glass-like system.
