You can stay on the submarine before it launches and if you do you'll go underwater with Zoe and you'll see an oxygen meter on the screen which is weird because you don't go swimming at all in this game.

I had the game left open for a very long time and when the in-game timer (the one you see when you pause) reached 4 hours I think it was, a messaged poped up saying "you ran out of time" and it failed me. This may be a thing in all levels though im not sure.
I still got it and still play it! 007 Goldeneye N64 Agent Under Fire and Nightfire is the Greatest bond game of ALL Time! Everything Or Nothing is good too but didn't like the multoplayer mode.
Hey I’m playing this game for the first time and that helicopter almost fell on me. I ran out of ammo and it was just spinning. I would’ve been pissed if that killed me. The checkpoints I can’t tell if they’re OK or if they kind of suck

You'd think they kill you hitting there but nah, just "...fuck it fade out" Oh, and I totally fucked up the Aston Martin jump the same way when it was my actual objective... and fell in the water of the oil rig. Why THAT kills you I don't know. Real talk about those death screams though, I died once on the tank level (on Operative...yes...didn't get the hint at the end) and the sound Bond makes when he dies in these rail shooting parts always unsettled the hell out of me.

Hah, there's invisible walls preventing you from jumping in but it's possible. You need to do an explosion boost in specific GameCube/Xbox versions of the game to get over the invisible wall to reach the water. You'll automatically fail the mission doing this though so don't get your hopes up - do it in Fire & Water instead.

That’s not true, the only way to get into the water is to stand on the sub and sink with it. Then you drown, there is no way to get eaten
