I think Lowes does price matching too so if you find the same thing at a lower price somewhere else you can still get it at Lowes at that price.

Lowe's did Toughbuilt Stacktech dirty. All the boxes are on sale except theirs.
Lowes has been my go-to for BF tool deals for years. They usually knock it out of the park and looks good again. I have SO many of those DeWalt bit sets. This is the best time to buy them and they are fine for general purpose use. So many good hand tools as well. Home Depot has some deals but Lowes has beaten them year after year after year with better ideas and pricing.
Dang, that Skil 10 tool kit is sweet. What a shame I already have the 4 tool kit and the cutter
My Lowe’s is never stocked like yours.
Not sure where you live but if there is another Lowes in your city or a city over I’d check if it’s a bigger store. Usually they prioritize some over others depending on the size and traffic they get. The one by my house doesn’t get much but the one 10 miles down the road gets stocked up and has all the deals.
None of the Lowe’s in a 25 mile radius of myself are stocked like this one. 😢

lol nope, just my regular store in chesapeake, VA … the trick is to get there right when they set this stuff up.
Those small kids craft kits would be great for the kids I mentor, something for them to do other than school work, an a learning experience for them as well...

The only thing I was interested at lowes was the toughbuilt toolboxes, but I guess they aren't carrying them in store now, at least not near me.
Be careful when you buy Kobalt tool sets from Lowe's.
I bought a set of 3 pliers, just like the one shown here, and when one of them got damaged, I brought it back for a warranty replacement, and they refused the exchange.
They made me go back to the jobsite and get the other two undamaged pliers to bring back along with the third one because they claimed it was part of a set and they would not replace just the one.
That took an extra couple of days and a trip back to my work truck and return to the store.
I also asked what would happen if I buy a 150 pc socket set, and let's say I lost a couple of sockets and the 10mm socket gets stripped; Would I have to bring back the entire set for a warranty claim?
Something to think about that I definitely don't like about Lowe's.
What do u think about that $399 dewalt deal? I want a hammer drill, impact driver, impact wrench and circular saw. Do u think that combo would be less on Black Friday?

Really like the Craftsman V20 line. Hoping to pick up the brad nailer for $99 before the sale ends. Also want the finish nailer and framing nailer (when they go on sale).
The 18 gauge brad nailer is great, but the 23 gauge pin nailer has given me problems. To craftsman’s credit though I called them and told them I was having problems and they sent me a brand new one.

Right around the 55 second mark you say they don’t start reducing the stuff until after Christmas so you have a black Friday sale and then you have an after Christmas sale doesn’t make sense

just keep in mind if you break one of these tools you will never get it replaced. they don't keep them on the shelf so you have to try to get it replaced from the factory. this is for Kobalt and craftsman. after a while you get sick of trying and go away.
that is why i moved on to Tekton tools. just a photo of broken tool and an address of where your new tool should be sent. it is that easy.

I was in Oklahoma City over the weekend and the store I went in had the full gift zone set up. Haven’t been in my Lowes in South Louisiana to see if they have anything, but my expectations are low since we have the worst Lowes and Home Depot’s around. We never have as much as the TH-cam guys show.
Serious question: how are items with “New Lower Price” Black Friday deals? Seems to me that those are just items with a New Lower Price and not a sale or special deal item. To me “New Lower Price” suggests that this is a long term price change and not a special limited time savings.
It’s a good question. I guess time will tell if the prices on those items will go back up after Christmas.
@I would think that if these were Black Friday or otherwise sale items/special buys, that they would be promoted as such. Marketing them as “New Lower Price” gives the impression that these are new long term prices and does not create a sense of urgency to buy before the sale ends that sales are designed to create.
That’s just how it seems to me.
Just the regular price, every company does that crap and they sell a lot of stuff that way because people don't realize its the same price that it was the week before, they just see the sign and think they're getting a great deal...nope, you jut paid the same price, or more...some places love to raise their prices then put stuff on sale, and then its the regular price LOL.
@@wildbill23c that’s the way I see it also. I was in my local Lowe’s today and saw all that crap. There were a couple of things I might be interested in; however, don’t NEED them today, so I just walked away and figured maybe some of them will actually go on sale and if not, so what this is the new price, I’ll get it later

Think they had the kobalt $179 nailer right there for $269 with a ultimate output battery last time for another black fri. Or holiday deal monthsssss agooo. Must be saving like $10 i believe.😭

Mostly cheap chitty tools, or as I call 'em "Dumpster Fillers".
Those Kobalt hex drive drill bits are the worst bits on the planet, avoid those. The hex part is like pewter that's poured around the bit in a mold and spins. I won't ever make the mistake of buying them again.

Craftsman sucks. They don't honor their "lifetime" warranty. I broke a 17mm 1/2" drive 6 point socket. This is not carried at Lowes, only 12 point. Contacting Craftsman, all they would do is give me a $5.00 credit towards a new one, which, with tax and shipping was about $14. So much for lifetime replacement! I like their older stuff I got from Sears but the newer stuff from Lowes is all cheap junk. Once the older stuff breaks its now gone for good. I refuse to buy any of the newer products. I can get better and cheaper from Harbor Freight.
Ace hardware also has Craftsman and honors it
