I wouldn’t be surprised if she was colluding with either Chris or Felix to influence Sophie. What their plans are for Sophie remain ambiguous but I think it’s safe to say they can’t be good.
Heya, just gonna point out, the song playing around 7:19 has Morse code, spelling "HELP", it's clearer when you look at the Bunny farm OST, as this song is featured, called "Think Rabbit, Think"
Also the numbers at 9:39 could actually mean something, when I googled an error with these numbers, it said it's an error that happens when no signal is detected from the speeding sensor in a car, so it's a reference to Felix crashing the car, not knowing how fast he was going

Theory: After Jack found out the kids died, he reprograms Bon to kill him, also fitting Bon with a new hand with sharp claws to do the job. (In a turn of events Jack ends up possessing Bon, something he did not know would happen.) But Bon's program is still telling it to continue murdering, which Jack would've never wanted (That's why Bon is so associated with crying, that's Jack's soul speaking out that he doesn't want to hurt anyone). In short, Jack is innocent and he just has to watch while his creation kills his loved ones, which is a pretty bad way to go compared to the other guys. This is why Sophie is the protagonist, Bon clearly has an intent to hunt down those in close relation to Jack (or just anyone it sees idk). And now he has one person left: Sophie.
