    Hi guys! I hope you enjoy this video of Express Bus Terminal aka Gosok Terminal in Seoul. It's known for being an amazing underground shopping mal. I wanted to provide a little guidance for those of you visiting Seoul as to which exit to go out of. Exit 8 for the bargain shops and Exit 7 for the higher end shops. I wandered around forever! What would you spend $20 on? Leave a comment and let me know :)
    Watch my video on Artbox, one of the cutest stores in Korea here: th-cam.com/video/83TGRXMm6Pw/w-d-xo.html

      You are truly a Queen~! Hahah, The lowest I can convince myself to bargain to is at least 50,000₩ The shops and food are just too great.

    Hello Marie, I just returned home late last night from Seoul Korea. My hubby and I have to thank you for your informative videos on Seoul and Hong Kong. They were so helpful. We were able to navigate around on our own which was an adventure as we are of Spanish descent. Thank you for the tips. We had a great time and the people of Seoul, Singapore and Hong Kong were very helpful. Sending you many blessings and hugs. Looking forward to our return. Have to admit that the jet lag has my head spinning right now with the 12 hour difference. Love Evelyn Valencia
    PS Could you do a video on Korean dishes.???We tried a few but really had a hard time trying to figure out what we were eating.

      @MariesKawaiiWorld 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Evelyn, I'm so glad that you found my videos helpful and that you enjoyed your time in Korea. I love traveling on my own even though it's not as comfortable as using a tour guide, you can go at your own pace and do what you want. I"m glad that you were able to do that. Jet can be so hard! Especially for my kids and I, it takes us a couple of weeks to get back on track. I will do a video on Korean food! It is on my to do list ;) Thanks for taking the time to leave such a nice comment, it makes my hard work filming and editing all worth it! :)

    Those are the most interesting shopping malls I've ever seem. They're nothing like what I have local here. Our mall is 90% or more major name brands and very few small companies. I need your Daiso store here just for the beautiful yarn and the snacks!! I hope you and the hubby and kids have a fantastic week. Hugs to all 😊

    • @MariesKawaiiWorld
      @MariesKawaiiWorld 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +Gina Garnett yeah this is nothing like US shopping malls! Just the density and amount of vendors makes me dizzy. But it's lots of fun to look and buy sometimes... I love bargain shopping! The Daiso is really nice! Not everything is $1 here though. It's interesting how Japanese and Korean Daiso carry different items. Thanks always for your sweet comments and support.

  • @emsfallout466
    @emsfallout466 7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Loved this :) awesome to see the stores and the prices. There was so many things I would have bought lol it's hard for me to stay within budget sometimes too. If things are low prices around 10$ does that mean the quality is low as well? Like the shoes and clothes.

    • @MariesKawaiiWorld
      @MariesKawaiiWorld 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      I always say you get what you pay for... but I haven't purchased a ton of clothes here so I can't say exactly. I think you can find some nice things for a good price though.

    • @emsfallout466
      @emsfallout466 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Marie's Kawaii World I love how cute the items are over there. I have to drive about 45 mins to get to China town where the Korean and Japanese stores are but there's a few and the things are super over priced. Wouldn't be able to find things for a dollar.

    Haha it was including food. :)
    If it was me I'd start it when I bought the stickers and stuff but I suppose food if an expenditure. :)
    And I loved that artistic waterfall fountain in the mall you were at. :)
    Haha the youngest was stealing the spotlight literally by being in front most of the time. :)
    And the older sister playing mom at the end was so cute. ^=^
    Thanks for sharing! :)
    And for my videos thinking of taking a week or two off I need to get a plan down on paper for the Portland Retro Gaming Expo coming up soon in October.
    So have to sit down with my workers and hash out a plan of how I will pack the pinball machines for the show and what I will bring to sell and what will be for display only. :)
    And the newest Getaway High-Speed II pin has taken a lot out of me both physically and financially. o.o
    I'll get it all up and working completely just wishing my business and getting pins back up and going did not cost so much. :)

    • @MariesKawaiiWorld
      @MariesKawaiiWorld 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +PinBallReviewer wow that sounds interesting. It must be hard to cart those large machines from place to place! Yeah... the $20 included food.. I suppose I could have gotten something cheaper but the Indian food was calling me. Thanks for watching!!

    • @PinBallReviewerRepairs
      @PinBallReviewerRepairs 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes it is very heavy even with the hand truck I have. It is bulky as well so need at least two people to make sure things do not fall off and take it slow is the key. :)
      And that is fine I know I have days were I want a type of food and will just get it.
      Most of the time I'll eat what ever.
      To be honest I mostly eat Ramen for lunch time almost every day. :)

    • @MariesKawaiiWorld
      @MariesKawaiiWorld 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +PinBallReviewer hey there's nothing wrong with Ramen! It's good!! Just watch your salt intake and balance it with some potassium :)

    • @MariesKawaiiWorld
      @MariesKawaiiWorld 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      +pixiegrrl69 me too Daiso always gets me!! It's interesting how Korean Daiso differs from Japanese Daiso. I love both but it's easy to get carried away! Food & experiences over material goods is what I'm about now :)
