You can use it in rice field but need to careful while using as chances of damaging plants are high. If the use is only for rice field you can check the knapsack sprayers.

Thats a good info. Just an another improving tip is, always keep the spray machine above water/pesticide solution level. this gives sprayer to give more efficiency.

Any heating issues are identified in this sprayer
The machine does get hot over longer period of usage. Since this is air cooled engine make sure to keep it in well ventillated area while using. Have not faced any issues with respect to performance.

I can't really comment on that yet, I have not used any of the 4 stroke power sparyers. I will definitely share my review once I get to use them.

Just one question, the nozzle they provided cannot be closed completed but you have replaced with the one with controller. what happened when you closed the nozzle completely, did all the solution/water drained to tank through overflow valve or machine was struggling? Please answer. Thank you.
Yes, we need to set the pressure control know in the machine in such a way that when the controll trigger is released the solution should flow back from over flow pipe or else it will be an excess load on the pump

I was in a dilemma if i should but this machine or not for the issue i explained. You have cleared my doubt I will buy it now.. Take care and happy organic farming.. 😊
@@GopiN123 As a bonus tip , the 2 stroke engine has high vibration as a result the regulator knob tend to move a little thus causing pressure drop. So keep an eye on that. Happy farming!!!

Thank you, I have not tested any battery powered sprayers yet. Will make a video on that once I get to test it for a brief period.
When it comes to select between petrol powered and battery powered is purely on your type of use. If you have a small farm and won't require spraying tall trees ( eg Arecanut tree ) and won't need to run the machine for longer durations then you can go for battery powered but note that battery backup might reduce over usage. On the other hand petrol based machines comes with operation cost like fuel price, maintenance cost but it can be used in larger farms for long duration.
To avail subsidy, the trader from whom I bought this machine helped me with the process, it involves submitting few documents and bill details and also during verification process its involves Trader verification. So i suggest you check with the Trader from whom you are willing to buy thus product. In my unboxing video I have provided the documents required to apply for subsidy.

We have not tested for that length, since we can attach two 50M pipe in parallel, I assume it can spray upto 100M.

Fuel tank can hold upto 500ml of fuel. So you can roughly pump 200L with one full tank of fuel.

Thank you for the comment on the product. Yes, they could have used a better quality plastic but considering the price point we cant really complain much. Similar product from other high brand cost almost double the price.

@@eduvlogs8714 That depends on both speed and spray gun. But the maximum suction flow you can get as per company specification is 9litre/min. So if we calculate for hour it would be around 540litre/hour.

Nicely made video, thanks. I purchased the same machine, but for 500ml petrol, I can spray only 50ltrs. I use it with a 50mtr hose pipe at nearly full throttle. Do you have any suggestions for me to get better efficiency? Thanks.
Using the machine with full throttle is not good on the long run. First set the throttle around 40% and then adjust the pressure control knob. It does the job

Yes, you can use it as pressure washer to clean the car but not sure if third party attachments are available in market
Which one you suggest two stroke or for strok
Technically speaking, 4 stroke is more efficient, environmental friendly, durable and silent operation than 2 stroke engine but on the on the other hand 2 stroke engine has lesser parts , easy to maintain and relatively cheaper. 4 stroke engine produces relatively same power at lower RPM than 2 stroke engine. Since 2 stroke engine needs to be operated at high RPM chances of breakdown is high.
These are general parameters , based on your requirements u can decide.

It clearly depends on your use and the quality of build is average. Do check if you are eligible for subsidy, paying around Rs 5500 after considering subsidy is worth it. You might need to buy additional 50M outlet hose which costs Rs 2500 and is not eligible for subsidy.

It costs around Rs 100, The vendors selling power sprayer will know about this connector. This product was recommended to me by the hardware store owner while buying.

Present how much cost and what is maximum length of delivery pipe use
I paid Rs 10800 and have applied for 50% subsidy in DBT. The delivery pipe we get in box is 15 meters length. The company also sells 50 meters delivery pipe but it costs Rs 2500 and is not eligible for subsidy.
