Już poprzedniej miałem dosyć, mialem budować wiertarkę ale w końcu zdecydowałam się że kupie ZX7016, nie frezowałem nią ale z wiercenia jestem bardzo zadowolony, w końcu wiertło od dołu elementu wychodzi w tym samym miejscu co wchodzi od góry :D Dziękuję :)
Very nice love it!! 😊👍can I make a suggestion? Handle painted in black because greasy hands are a mess and polish the shining non painted area of the vise to keep it rust free in the future...love the orange color in your project works. Goes well with black, dark grey, white, green...nice!!
@@adrianakuzmikova1697 well it all depends on where it's at...inside or outside. Also the humidity levels of your zone. Paint helps it alot. Certain paints better than others...but as it chips with time repainting those areas is necessary. But steel can be sanded to a fine stage and buffed like a chrome finish which helps seals the open pores in the metal. Kinda like a Samurai sword. And believe me all swords rust because in order to be quite sharp they are high in carbon concentration...another simple way is to keep your vise oiled with a brush just to keep moisture away from it.
@@reydelsanchez it rusted inside, because I have humid air in my garage. it makes it difficult to use. I tried to put some grease in it, but it didn't help much. I will probably have to disassemble it. I have never disassembled a vise so I am not looking forward to it :(
@@adrianakuzmikova1697 All you need to do is spray WD-40 Specialist Penetrant comes in a spray can and let it work its magic for about fifteen minutes or so (Soak the vise screw real good when you spray it). The WD-40 Specialist Penetrant spray will loosen the screw in the vise enough for you to move it back and forth. If you dont have WD-40 Specialist Penetrant spray in stores, order it online or look for another penetration rust-loosen spray. Hope this works! You can also spray the vise from time to time (every 2-3 months) to let the spray oil sit there as the product is a penetrating and water-displacing oil. 👍

how do you prevent a vise from rusting? I have bought a vice several months ago and it's already rusty.
