I wash bi weekly with biotin shampoo and conditioner..use my Olaplex number 3... leave in over night rinse out the next morning then I apply Wave Nouveau or sometimes I use Curles Blueberry Bliss curl control jelly...and I use a mister to apply a little water ...that is and my silk bonnet at night .. sometimes is I am in the mood I will twist it..other than that that's all I do...is low maintenance for me...try that and see if it works for you..☺️

Yes ma'am that stuff is amazing...more of us sistas should know about Olaplex..my hair is lightened and it's very healthy.🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
