Lee min young it's not somthing you make. You can buy it from craft stores or online. It is a two part solution, when you mix the two parts together it makes a thick liquid you can put in molds or use it like she did. When it hardens it is clear and a little rubbery.
The unbaked clay sometimes makes thing funky-plastic, resin, etc, so baking it would likely prevent this (I have never put unbaked clay in resin, but I have left it on music CDs and plastic containers and it has eaten into the plastic

It's resin :) you can buy it at most craft stores or online.

Why did you bake it? I mean, wouldn't it be OK without baking if you're just going to cover it with resin anyway?
