Will these technique still work with a lance rest?
Were lance rest commonly used against opponent on horse back or against infantry?

well done, i really like these plays, You can let lances slide under the armpit, but i agree it is quickly done too tight.
historical lances are way longer and heavier (twice as long, i suppose) and i fully understand bringing down the length for control purposes.
I suppose you do not 'shorten' the lance quite so deliberately since the weapons are so short?
would love to meet up and play if you are interested, I live in Lauchröden Germany, by your accent i suppose you are also within the German speaking region?
    cool stuff!

Dankeschön. The lances are short, because we don't have longer ones, but some times i whish i had longer lances, because there would be more time to react, but i like also the short spear. Über ein Treffen würde ich mich auch freuen. Ick bin aus Berlin.

This is all fucking nuts. Can you imagine trying Hut #3 at a closure rate of 50mph?!? Botch the timing and you get impaled. Would make a Jedi crap his pants.
