well done, i really like these plays, You can let lances slide under the armpit, but i agree it is quickly done too tight. historical lances are way longer and heavier (twice as long, i suppose) and i fully understand bringing down the length for control purposes. I suppose you do not 'shorten' the lance quite so deliberately since the weapons are so short? would love to meet up and play if you are interested, I live in Lauchröden Germany, by your accent i suppose you are also within the German speaking region? cool stuff!

Were lance rest commonly used against opponent on horse back or against infantry?
