Captain keeps a cool hand all along. RESPECT!
Why do they dock them so close unbelievably
Nice video!
Thanks I appreciated your comment !
Inches on either side. Insanity!
what happens if the crews of the boats already parked are not on site?
the fenders should do their job to protect the yacht... normally 🙂🙂
Not much wrong with that considering the space.
Gusty winds !! the flags are hardly moving .
They not getting those bumpers out of there until somebody leaves
14:27 OK crew of the FIFTY, mistake right there. Your line should be coming up through the eyes of the lines of the Zenobia when you're on the same bollard. That way either ship can slip her lines first. Captain of the Zenobia certainly earned his pay here.
There's gotta be a better way ! Millions of dollars and these marinas offer such tight docking spaces ?
Keep on scratching 😮!!
Nearly no wind during docking! You can see on the smoke of the cruise liner and the boats flags. There was a gust when the boat was already inside. Easy mooring. Nothing special!
Why not dock somewhere else?
Because all spots in Monaco are spoken for this time of the year...
……..and you have to dock where the marina allocates you a berth.
textbook docking. there's no wind: look at the flags during docking...
Oh actually there is… it just stop then start then 7:35 stop then start again 11:35 it goes like this the whole time they’re docking.. and that night was terrible +100km. of wind all over cote d’azur … thanks again for your time 😊
@@archiesvlogmc 7:35 That's no 100km wind, look at the ensign...and no chop on the water. Beaufort Scale 2 more like it. Trust me, I live where 100km winds are pretty common. We go sailing in 30. That said, whoever was on the helm did a superb job, I wouldn't want to try it!
@@harbourdogNL ahh no what In meant is .. that night the wind continue with a force of almost 100km/hr here in Cote d’azur and we are used to have those kind of weather here. Crazy weather. And yes those crew did a perfect job. ✌🏼😉
Fenders EVERYWHERE. LOL
Haha it served their purpose 😅
Exactly like it should be.
Spending millions of dollars.. and yet it is a problem "parking". Could be done much easier..
I can guarantee you couldn’t do better. You’ve probably never been on a boat let along a 50 meter yacht.
Problems? That was pretty much a textbook docking.
@@sflspotter6638 No, but I do know a car under 3 meter are able to park in an able size space.
By it self that it is...
All thèse people was sO ridiculous
Click Bait
Pretty tight box. Well done maneuver. 👍🏻
wow. it never ceases to amaze me how these behemoths pack together like sardines!!
great teamwork on all sides, including neighbors.
Thanks for the great filming!
Thanks a ton!
Yea, in this case it's tight. The video I watched the other day, they crew was clueless.
Millions of pounds yet your neighbor is 6” away
There are people that couldn't park a car in that space!!!
Light wind. The flag was barely moving
1:45 "value: $0 million" this yacht is cheap... 😂
😅😅😅
For those commenting about the "lack of wind and thunderstorm" ... try actually watching the whole video. At the beginning, when M/Y Zenobia is turning to back in, the aft flag is blowing port to starboard. Sure, it calms down when the yacht slides into her berth, but out in the harbor, the wind is trying to take her to our starboard. And the camera focuses down on the harbor waters for a second or two and the rain is coming down fairly briskly as well. Also, at 10:20 you can actually hear the gusts on the microphone of the person filming.
sorry but that was a light breeze look at the smoke coming out the stack on the cruise ship in the background
Light breeze
thunder storm ??????
Si cela est du "Battles gusty wind " l'adage qui écoute trop la météo reste au bistrot est justifié.
I’ve been on more spacious caravan sites.
Camping !!
I had a chuckle when the guy in the tender had to put his brolly up that was great docking, and yachts on both sides helped, i just hope you didnt get to wet filming this lol😊
That's ridiculous! I know real estate in Monte Carlo is at a premium but still ridiculous!
Je sais pas ou il a vu des rafales de vent, avec propulseur avant, 2 moteurs, et gros calme plat, capitaine dodo oui !!!
What are those stainless steel looking cabinets on the dock? Are those fuel pumps?
Shore power distribution box.
Yes that’s true and I think for water too 🙂
👍👌
