Man I love the video I am so close to getting into it right now I got a truck that I'm selling to get all the other legal stuff done and then I'm going to be right there out there with you keep up the videos man I love them I've already got several people here in Texas big companies that said that they would use me and like you said Texas is a big state I'm hoping that I can make it here locally but I'm not scared to go out
My top 4 are TN, GA, AL and FL. Those are where I run the most now. I’ve been OTR but now prefer regional or even better local. I usually do decent leaving FL by grabbing a couple cars from the auctions.
thats interesting fr; i def like tennessee; i normally just avoid tenn bc of nashville and ga bc of atlanta and fl bc the rates were never that great to begin with coming out
I was definitely wondering about Tennessee. I live just south of Knoxville and will be getting into hotshot in next two years. Im getting my cdl through my current employer and imma let that mature a couple years before I invest in a truck abd trailer.
I'm from Oh, I plan on running a triangle. Pa, I'll, Indiana, MI and Kentucky, Tennesee. I am going to try that and see how that works!! Thank you for that info!! Ken!! Oh!! ✌🏿
Wisconsin is my personal fav. It's not flooded with freight, but usually when you get a load it pays decent. I'm out of Houston and these immigrants run cheap freight all day and night! I'm always taking a slight hit leaving Texas but once I'm up north it's smooth rolling for the most part.
Bout to start up bout 40mins from Indy fort mins from Cincy I have a dedicated shipper, a military contractor that I have built crates for for 7 years!! Just need mentor to work the hotshot lane
Will I find decent loads using a 2500HD SRW or do I really need a 3500 DRW for Hot Shot Trucking? Starting Part-Time while working Full-Time cause it pays for all my equipment/start up cost. Based out of South Carolina if this helps.
@@hotshotwithme I appreciate your response. After further research, always get more than what you need the 1st time. Saves you more money and time in the long run. Thank you for your response and time.
@WilliamSmith-pw1qq it can do it; I try to stick under 15k mostly to save the equipment; pulling hills you're Def prob the slowest once u get over about 12k; I'll put it to you like this, she has times where she shows her age 😄; but if you do heavy maybe up to like 17k, better make sure you're not going through mtns
@@hotshotwithme ok thanks well I’m bout to put mine to the test and see what she can do I probably just stay around 12-13k I’m installing new injectors at the moment so she better pull like a champ
See what I meant. Was I bought a truck in Tallahassee FL. And was wondering how would you charge to bring the truck to spartanburg sc. That's if you are that way. Or how do I go about booking you? to bri
My phone is acting up. What I want to know is. How much would you charge me to bring a truck from Tallahassee FL to spartanburg sc. I bought it from a action and looking for some one to bring it to me. How can I book with you.
