I used it with a long gooseneck hauling a fully done up f450 and the modded freightliner medium equipment truck with a crane on the back. I found in that scenario that the front end needs more weight. The 2nd gen Cummins has more front end weight and pulled it better, but still lifted occasionally. I honestly feel like the 1st gen pulls better than the 2nd gen and the second gens only advantage seems to be the better front end weight. The first gen doesn’t seem to struggle with hills as much as the second while hauling.

I have this truck in my garage on PS4 and so far I do not regret it. I don't like trucks that are over the top unrealistic but at the same time I want power and capability such as good towing ability and such. Now with this truck it fulfills that perfectly and that's what I rlly like abt this truck.

My new favorite truck! I love this thing, I'm a mopar fan and this thing is a beauty and drives so well. Only thing missing is the ram hood ornament
1991-1993 didn’t have the hood ornament
@@benmontgomery1753 maybe not oem but I've seen a couple of them have them. Alot of people like to put old ornaments on their trucks. I have one on my 2008 ram. Just thought it would be a nice option, it has plenty of other options that wasn't oem so why not hood ornament.

It absolutely does!!
I had been looking for the best scout vehicle and after watching this video decided to give it a try. This and the gooseneck trailer pack were my first mods and I am SUPER happy with both the truck and the trailers. I can definitely recommend the truck and the trailer just makes the truck so versatile. This setup almost feels like cheating but still retains the original feel of the game.
I tested its ability by pulling a gooseneck trailer with a winched trailer behind it, both loaded with medium logs and it did fairly well. A bit of a struggle in certain areas like climbing but I may need to change the transmission setup

I found that the lag that happens normally happens when a lot of stuff is moving so like if you bump a tree sometimes the lag will happen so I think the optimization is off for when a lot of stuff is happening all at once

Hi tc I just got home from school. I think the massive downfall for this truck is that there’s no ice tires for this truck which means I can’t really use it for the new phase

I love this truck my dad use to have one but the breaks where messed up and we where towing something and someone pull out in front of us and my dad ran into the back of his friends trailer and it like pushed the tire back and it was like touching the frame it was totaled and then we sold it like 3 months later rip

The fact that its not crewcab damn the long chassis was pain in the ass
New test, Have truck with long gooseneck trailer. Ramps down. Then, jump test truck off the trailer ramps and see which can clear the fifth wheel truck.
I have used it and I love it and here is a fun fact about the first gen ram with Cummins they love to role coal so yeah that's fun but aside form that Its been a good time with it I love so much my guy and this is from an Xbox on point of view.

A bug with maps I seen. The maps "max out" the bar for size for availability. But I got the new highway hauling map with it maxed out. It says it was fully filles but it wasn't. Cars couldn't be added but the map could be. Seems buggy. Also you can take off the bed, it looks cool.

Man I love ford but Damm that's a nice truck I used to have a 1986 fordf250 then a 1996 fordf250 exc but after that I bought a 1980 ram 2500
Here's hoping more modders will do a separate console only PC pack removed version. More mods = more things to try.

Guess what ford just announced they are releasing a 3rd gen ford f150 LIGHTNING, also i cantg get the west ga mud park bc im on switch waiting to hear if there is console mods i want all the ram trucks, i am having fun with the switch version when are you making a video on the switch, how do i get beans can you tell if you had a fun time reading all of this haha have a nice night and then day red is an amazing modder thanks to him for such awesome mods especially this one

On ps5 it’s great only issue I have is that there are now ice tires but so far no issues
This is one of my favorite cars! I'm really excited that its on console. My console is still being really slow on me so I'm still trying to uninstall some other games I don't play much anymore so SnowRunner is faster because its very laggy in the garage while customizing cars.

One question for about the 1st gen. Would it work in the new map in snow and ice? I’m wondering because I saw that it doesn’t have any chained tires.
Yes it would work just gotta have two tires on snow and you be fine but when i used it. It really didn't slide badly
