I’ve owned both the Able Carry and this Stem pack. I found the Able Carry to be more comfortable with overall slightly better usability so I ended up using that one and selling the Stem to a friend who loves it. I actually wasn’t sure who was the originator of the design when I bought them. There are a few differences in both form and function, but for the most part they are too similar and it was clear to me that the Able Carry was the superior pack which is why I chose to leave this one out of my original backpack video.
This is a good comment 👆. I realized the similarity to the aer packs, but haven't had the Able Daily out in years now... didn't realize it's **exactly** the same bag 😳

I like the bag a lot. I wish there was a dedicated second pocket/sleeve for my iPad Pro as I typically take it along with my laptop.
This looks ALOT like the Able Carry
Yeah. Makes me wonder if the manufacturer they work with has a list of options to choose from. So it's like not a real "design" from any one person or team...

I've owned this bag for a year after watching some Japanese reviews on it. I really enjoy it and it still looks new
I enjoyed watching the video. I'm using the same bag in Japan, but where did you buy the tray you see in this video from around 6:20 to 6:50?

Chase - great video as usual. Question about this bag: how “packable” is it?
I usually travel with my R6, a couple small lenses, my 16” MacBook, and some clothes all in my Peak Design 45L Travel pack with a skosh (smidgen, sliver) of space leftover. To what extent can this pack (when empty) flatten down (or roll up?) so I could use it as an EDC (rather than the chunky PD pack) when I get to my destination? I don’t dig the usual “packable” day carry bags because they’re too loosey-goosey.

I just received my Able Carry daypack in the mail last week and I have to agree with the other commenters that it looks identical, right down to the placement of the logo on the inner panel and the internal pockets.
I checked Wexley's website and I see a more than coincidental resemblance to Aer's bags.
Sorry Chase, I refuse to believe how you don't see the resemblance.

Realizing this now 🤦♂️. I see three options: 1. take down the video, 2. keep it up and put a card in the video and a notice + link at the top to able carry (will do this while I think about number 1), or 3. ... there's always a third option... don't have one right now. Holler with any advice.
@@chasereeves for the the bag community the original brands and credibility, I’d address this as a copy of Able Carry and/or AER. This video has already gained traction for this brand which is disappointing.
Maybe a quick update on the brand and bag, address the concerns and what it seems to copy and remove this video.
@@chasereeves pack hacker had a review of the wexley bag up for like less than a day before they removed it from both their youtube channel and their website. tbh i'm a little surprised you decided to keep this video up; i thought you would be the type to take IP theft seriously.

I own this bag and love it, the only complaint is the lack of an accessible little pocket. On the top of the bag could have been ideal. I know it looks like the Able Carry, but Able Carry has a big issue with availability of their products. After waiting several months stock refill, I ended buying this Wexley (shipped in just 3 days to Europe!)
A few months ago, yes, Able Carry had some restocking issues BUT today at 10:27MST, the Able Carry Daily Backpack is available. This bag is a spitting image of Able Carry’s version.
Mukama has had most of Able Carry's backpacks in stock for a long while now. So obtaining them in Europe really isn't an issue.

This dude should do a video where he time jumps into the future, make himself like 75 years old looking, kinda like how he looks in this video, and where he is still doing bag reviews in 2052 and where he's describing the latest space sack and dongle, chewing on space meat stick!
How much are these guys paying for your video? This does not feel like a genuine design that you would normally support. As others are saying, this company is full of knock-off designs.

I'm honestly sad you are giving them any time on your channel. This is a straight rip-off of Able Carry. You often talk about using something being like a conversation with the designer, but how can they say anything when their bag is a copy of some else's work? Take this review down.
