Rocketbelt is way better. It gives you a lot more reliable damage and the dash is actually really good for rumbling for positioning your Q correctly vs enemies. It also gives you magic penetration now which is just incredible too. I think you can even make an argument for Liandries but tbh just go Rocketbelt.
feel like as long as showmaker doesnt have alistar ult and can tank and heal the entire damage of c9 the teamfight was pretty good for c9 to take. Also vulcan's engages are sick.

When fudge TPs in it shows he has R / kick up, then the Fight ends around 10:38 with fudge still having r up and rumble alone in the pit securing dragon. I kind of don't really think fudge wouldn't use kick on anyone this whole team fight to be honest.
3:20 on that note: they should have lost that game to DFM as well, if DFM didn't just randomly decide to throw right at the end, when three inhibs were down.
9:36 such a terrible Viktor ult. Perkz wants to ult Kaisa who jumped in with R but obviously Kaisa is gonna insta flash out there. Then he doesnt even redirect the Chaos Storm to move forward, it just sits there BEHIND the C9 squad, doing nothing for the entire duration. If he saved it for later in the fight he could get a huge 4 man ult and easily win the fight with it. Honestly 5head by Ghost to bait it out like that, they win the fight because of it. But huge props to Perkz, he played really well overall. 45k damage total, much more than anyone else. (except Jayce, but his dmg is mostly from laning phase. Viktor´s damage comes in teamfights and has much more impact on the game.)

That + lee kick can contest soul even if canyon commits with flash. I rly dont see how vulcan overperformed this game. But hey maybe its just me :P
