Never expected that answer about the shared championship from Eric. In fact I’m shocked by any non positive answer or emotion he exudes after any question or anything lol but I dig it. Atta boy, make them battle to the death!
29:45 I’m sure I’ve seen a similar “defend the diagonal from behind” idea in a random game of yours, and it came to mind to help me spot black’s defence
If you enjoy playing Bullet, play Bullet. A person's online chess rating doesn't matter one bit. No one besides you cares what it is, and you don't receive any reward for increasing it by studying, so just play Bullet and have fun if that's what you enjoy.
@@brettjones327 I do get the rating point but I feel as though I’m improving more when I play rapid but I play bullet because it’s a quick hit you know and it’s starting to feel unhealthy
I see. I thought you were suggesting it would be better for you to play slower time controls instead of Bullet, but if you are dealing with a screen addiction, you aren't alone and just need to log off when it starts feeling unhealthy. Best of luck to you.
@@brettjones327 thanks I’m trying to be more mindful of that sort of thing as of late like watching less short form content and bullet is strangely one of those things now that I think of it
Other sports/games have allowed double winners. And FIDE have allowed double winners before. Allowing Magnus and Nepo to both win was nothing special. No special favours were given by FIDE. I was alright with it. This might be a cultural thing though. In sports, American's go out of their way to avoid draws, the rest of the world doesn't.
Thanks for putting out 10 minute game content. I find 3 minute not instructive enough!
Tomas mate Eric?? Me vuelvo loco.

The only people who seem to like it are redditors- which is all that need be said.
Never expected to see an upload from a stream in this month of January! Good on you rosen!

@10:21 Doesn't Nxe6 win a center pawn?
Yes. Eric covered it in the analysis
@@trial8358 bro answered his own question
Do 15-10 spedrun
Eric I have a problem I think I am addicted to bullet chess it’s bad I’m 1200 rapid and growing but I am stuck at 600 bullet
Like I know it’s bad for me but I just play for hours just tilting until I get one stroke of genius and that rush of endorphins

I think that the impression is that it just came off like they didn't want to try. As if they were just tired of competing.
