Hamd is about Allah and naat is about prophet and then there is a speech of the special topic depends on which month is in Islamic months then there is zikr and then durood shareed. By these two I mean you send different types of Arabic language to the prophet and Allah. And then you send salam (greetings) to the prophet and Allah and say thanks to all he's given us.
This happens in mehfil (a special gathering)
