Same here. I remember seeing a U-shaped bar that attaches to the underside of the Table Top Architecture system that I could use for hanging my cooking utensils on, or maybe a cotton dish towel. Camp With Tomo showed it at the 2022 New Products Show: th-cam.com/video/3x_KRqTPFRE/w-d-xo.html I thought the vertical racks would be useful for having my spices and sauce bottles within arms reach of my cooking surfaces. I've been using the 1/2-unit box to keep spices in, but I like having the extra work-space the bamboo extension slides offer. I'm currently using some generic folding windscreens that luckily will shield 3 sides of my 4-unit IGT when used together. Still, they're kinda clumsy and I like that the new IGT windscreen clamps down to the frame..
