Rates are comparative very high here .There are a lots of issues still persist .better visit society first discussed with residents. They will guide you better than any outsider.

@@Angelananya hi Sir/mam, i visited society but couldn't find a person to get legitimate information. Could you please guide me further making decision to buy or not? I have seen one resale property that had seepage that nullified their claims of Mivan construction as Mivan generally are seepage free.
