hello, thanks for this vid. I'm looking for Graphpad tutorials to analyze my data. The thing is: I have a dataset of cells expressing cytokines in response to virus infection. I have a control (non infected ) and the group of infected cells. I´ve measured the cytokine levels at different hours pos infection(hpi), named 0, 3, 12, 24, 48 hpi for control and infected, with 2 replicates for each group. How can I perform a Mann-whitney U test to compare differences in each hour between those groups?
Amazing video!! Thanks for post!!!
