I struggle alot with left hand wrist pain when i position my thumb behind the neck. From my understanding it is better to position the thumb behind the neck while shredding, but i also don’t want to feel the pain in my wrist. Are there any tips on how to reduce this pain?

This is a very good, easy way to make your soloing sound like it "fits" each chord you play over (instead of running into the problem of feeling like the notes you play "clash" with the chords). Thanks for sharing!
