Thank you Pete ... the problem is that i still have to find a solution to do some slots in the base plate so i can move the gantry to the desired position.
@@YO3HEX I would like to replace the little stepper motor on z-axis against a longer motor having the same current 3A. What do you think, can I use the original motor driver for it?

have you replaced the stepper motors in the machine? the stepper seems to be longer than originals.
