ok, so i've seen a few videos now of Ailee, and i am shocked that she is from here in the states but couldn't get a thought from all the singing shows here. on top of that the last few years all the winners of the singing shows here blows. not even sure if they really are taking votes.
Lots of people mix up great entertainers with being great singers. Being a great showman doesn't necessarily mean you're a great singer, and the most successful entertainers usually weren't the best singers, they just put on the best show, and that's what Hyori does; she puts on a great show (being only 2nd best vocalist to JooHyun in Finkl). E.G.; Freddie Mercury may have had the best voice ever in rock, but Mick Jagger & the Stones sold more records. Go figure.
