Ramdam ko ang sakit na nararamdaman ni Janno kasi same story kami. Ang daming nagsasabi sa akin mag move na kasi wala na raw father ko. Ang dali nilang sabihin yung ganon kasi hindi sila ang nakakaramdam, a sana wag nilang danasin. Depression po ay hindi joke. Maraming nagsasabi kalokohan o gawa gawa lang daw ng tao ang depression. Hindi po, ang hirap pong maramdaman maging depressed 😢 "HINDI LAHAT NG NAKA NGITI AT MASAYAHIN AY OK DEEP INSIDE". God bless us all❤
My mom was depressed for a verrry long time til she finally had a nervous breakdown and lost her sanity. It started small when I was a toddler…minsan umiiyak sha ng walang dahilan. Minsan galit ng walang dahilan and sa akin nabubunton. I was a toddler then. She was prescribed valium pills for that depression and she would have highs and lows. Pag tiningnan mo sha way back then, one wouldnt have known kasi masayahin sha on her normal days, madaldal, maporma at mapag ayos sa sarili, very lively. Eventually, nawala sa kanya lahat yun when she descended to insanity. She didnt commit suicide though..she died a natural death just before pandemic. It was super hard to live with someone w mental illness..people shd have more understanding and more compassion. Am glad there is more awareness now.
I really admire Janno Gibbs not only as a comedian, a singer with an amazing voice, an actor but also as a human being. We pray na maging matatag at hindi ma-depress si Sir Janno. He has his family as his best support system. Salamat Ms. Karen for this heartwarming interview. Masakit mawalan ng minamahal. The pain will never go away but the amazing memories will last a lifetime.

Nakapagtataka nga eh kung tutuusin. If someone is so close to his father, they would still be in grieving stage. Him talking about his dad at this moment of time doesn't seem bravery to me. I just felt something is off though it's just my opinion. I have watched and admired Ronaldo, his father, for being a good actor. And the suicide thing that they're saying to the public is just not so convincing.

(He is entitled to is opinion.) People are too quick to judge him esp with the passing of his dad. Mentality na talaga ng mga pinoy sadly. We all deal with grief differently. I feel you Janno. I recently lost my day after 10 years of battling with dementia and parkinson's. My dad knew he was well-loved and well taken care. He left peacefully and I know he is in a better place back to our creator's loving arms. But I miss him everyday and I know I always will.

Isa ito sa pinaka nagustuhan ko. Dahil tungkol ito sa Tatay. Kapag ang pinag uusapan ay tungkol sa magulang sobra akong naiiyak. Wala tayo sa posisyon nya kaya hndi natin alam kung gano sya na durog ng husto. May ibat ibang way tayo ng pag luluksa. People shdnt judge esp they werent in his shoes. When my mom died, I broke down even if she died at a very advanced age and she battled depression and mental illness for a very long time. People didnt understand why my sadness was not so open and obvious. They were quick to judge. They dont realize yung hirap kung papaano mo makita mag suffer ang parent mo ng mahigit 40 years in a worsening state. Madali humusga. At masarap ang makialam aa buhay ng iba but til u walked in their shoes, one cant really fully understand.

Great intimate episode Karen! For Janno: Don’t just hope about your Dad being in a better place; he is in a wonderful place with the Creator. Contrary to Filipino culture about losing someone, we should actually celebrate the life of the deceased, and remember the time he spent with us, instead of feeling sad with a heavy heart. We have to learn how to let them go and let God. I’ve read many books and watched documentaries about people who went to the other side, but returned to share their experience being on the other side of human life. I also have a friend who was hit by a lightning and died for 28 minutes, returned a completely different person; more compassionate and loving compared to his past being a constant trouble maker. Then about 20 years later, died again twice during surgeries to repair the damages done to his heart by the lightning incident. Please talk to your Dad even in silence, because he is always listening and guiding you. I’m a trained soul healer and have worked with many, even remotely. Your father says: “I love you son, and I’m very proud of you. Fill your heart with love and live your life fearlessly with no regrets. I’m always, here just a breath away.”

I loved Janno as Mokong in Ober da bakod. I always found him so hilarious and wished he was on tv more. What he had gone through was so traumatic, to say the least. I wish him healing in mind and soul.

Felt like this also when I was diagnosed of having scoliosis. Everytime sumasakit likod ko, I would beg God na sana kunin nlng ako if I will go through that excruciating pain again and again.
Naka relate ako kay Sir Jano Dec 29,2012 it also happened to me, I was in the next room when my brother took his own life he totally made it sure that I am sleeping that time. Napagod kasi ako maglinis ng bahay malapit na yung New Year nun obligatory ang paglilinis ng buong bahay. Kaya ako nag nap sa afternoon ng mga panahon na yon napagod ako at kami lang sa bahay kakarating lang din ni kuya galing sa Christmas party nila at work, wala yung mommy ko kasi may pinuntahan at yung dad ko nasa manila that time. Hindi ko naramdaman na dumating yung mommy ko nagising nalang ako sa sigaw ng mom ko. I rushed immediately papunta sa next room na clueless kung ano ang nangyari. Pag pasok ko sa room bumungad sa akin ang pangyayare ang sakit yung gusto mo xa e save at sana mabuhay xa. Ang hirap ng mga panahon na yun kasi kami lang ng mommy ko, hindi ako makapaniwala na magagawa ng kuya ko yun. Dinala yung kuya ko sa pinaka malapit na ospital habang ako naiwan sa bahay namin na mag isa at nag dadasal na mabuhay siya, inabot na ng gabi dumating na ibang kaanak namin inayos yung bahay namin yung mga christmas decor pinag-tatangal na ng mga tita ko umiiyak ako habang silang lahat ay nagkakagulo. Nalaman namin na yung mga social media accounts nya ay binura nya kahit call logs at messeges sa phone nya. Ang hirap ng binigay at iniwan na responsibilidad ng kuya ko sa akin hanngang ngayon sa panahon ng aking kalungkutan at problema minsan naiisip ko kung bakit nya ako iniwan. Nakita ko din yung pain ng isang inang nawalan ng anak naawa ako sa mommy ko mas lalo ko minahal yung mom ko. Tama nga sila masakit sa isang nanay ang mawalan ng anak. Hanggang dito nalang po.
Janno and his dad are my idols. I like Janno for his singing and comedies and his dad Ronaldo for his acting. I love both of them. I just watched the movie of Ronaldo Valdez 2good2be true recently lang. Coz i don't have time to watch that before. When I heard about his passing, I watched his movie, at lalo ko siyang minahal because of his acting. Ang galing galing n'ya talaga. Totoong totoo ang mga arte n'ya. And of course the KathNiel and the rest of the casts, did it well. Pinagpuyatan ko talaga. Kasi series ang movie nila. Very nice and beautiful movie with lessons. Congratulations to all of the casts. He is telling the truth. Lolo Sir is soo loving even to us. And I know he is surrendered to God. He even asked me to pray for him on healing and peace of mind. We the PNP forensic group loves him so much. He is every one's idol.❤❤❤

I remember my father- in law he is 86 yrs old strong not sick no maintenance, he just pass away this month to depression 😢 every time tatawag ang Mr ko sa kanya lagi niya sinasabi gusto ko ng mamatay, meron sana ng baril at barilin ko na sarili ko, lagi niyan sinasabi wala nangungumusta sa kanya feeling niya walang nagmamahal sa kanya at malayo ang mga ank niya sa kanya, isang araw nag attempt siyang maglason, pero awa ng Dios naagapan nman naitakbo sa hospital, pero this month wala na tlg at plinano niya ng gawin ng maaga maaga sinabit niya yong sarili niya sa ilalim ng puno😭ng matanggap ko yong balita sa Mr ko sobra iyak ko at naawa sa biyanan ko, dapat noong una pa sana napatignan na sya sa phycologist para naagapan, nasan ka man naroroon tatang nawa mapatawad ka ni Lord sa ginawa mo🙏I and my husband is Christian born again kaya sobrang bigat ng pakiramdam.

If not for this interview we never knew the truth of how he died and his relationship w/ his family especially Janno.... what a loss.. our DEEPEST CONDOLENCES Janno.. we will Pray for him.. GOD is Merciful.. he is not in his total control of himself.. depression got the better of him .. the good LORD sees it..

Ramdam ko ang sakit na nararamdaman ni Janno kasi same story kami. Ang daming nagsasabi sa akin mag move na kasi wala na raw father ko. Ang dali nilang sabihin yung ganon kasi hindi sila ang nakakaramdam, a sana wag nilang danasin. Depression po ay hindi joke. Maraming nagsasabi kalokohan o gawa gawa lang daw ng tao ang depression. Hindi po, ang hirap pong maramdaman maging depressed 😢

My mom was depressed for a verrry long time til she finally had a nervous breakdown and lost her sanity. It started small when I was a toddler…minsan umiiyak sha ng walang dahilan. Minsan galit ng walang dahilan and sa akin nabubunton. I was a toddler then. She was prescribed valium pills for that depression and she would have highs and lows. Pag tiningnan mo sha way back then, one wouldnt have known kasi masayahin sha on her normal days, madaldal, maporma at mapag ayos sa sarili, very lively. Eventually, nawala sa kanya lahat yun when she descended to insanity. She didnt commit suicide though..she died a natural death just before pandemic. It was super hard to live with someone w mental illness..people shd have more understanding and more compassion. Am glad there is more awareness now.
I really admire Janno Gibbs not only as a comedian, a singer with an amazing voice, an actor but also as a human being. We pray na maging matatag at hindi ma-depress si Sir Janno. He has his family as his best support system. Salamat Ms. Karen for this heartwarming interview. Masakit mawalan ng minamahal. Nakapagtataka nga eh kung tutuusin. If someone is so close to his father, they would still be in grieving stage. Him talking about his dad at this moment of time doesn't seem bravery to me. I just felt something is off though it's just my opinion. I have watched and admired Ronaldo, his father, for being a good actor. And the suicide thing that they're saying to the public is just not so convincing.

I feel you Janno. I recently lost my day after 10 years of battling with dementia and parkinson's. My dad knew he was well-loved and well taken care. He left peacefully and I know he is in a better place back to our creator's loving arms. But I miss him everyday and I know I always will.

People shdnt judge esp they werent in his shoes. When my mom died, I broke down even if she died at a very advanced age and she battled depression and mental illness for a very long time. People didnt understand why my sadness was not so open and obvious. They were quick to judge. They dont realize yung hirap kung papaano mo makita mag suffer ang parent mo ng mahigit 40 years in a worsening state. Madali humusga. At masarap ang makialam aa buhay ng iba but til u walked in their shoes, one cant really fully understand.

Contrary to Filipino culture about losing someone, we should actually celebrate the life of the deceased, and remember the time he spent with us, instead of feeling sad with a heavy heart. We have to learn how to let them go and let God.
I’ve read many books and watched documentaries about people who went to the other side, but returned to share their experience being on the other side of human life. I also have a friend who was hit by a lightning and died for 28 minutes, returned a completely different person; more compassionate and loving compared to his past being a constant trouble maker. Then about 20 years later, died again twice during surgeries to repair the damages done to his heart by the lightning incident.
Please talk to your Dad even in silence, because he is always listening and guiding you. I’m a trained soul healer and have worked with many, even remotely. Your father says: “I love you son, and I’m very proud of you. Fill your heart with love and live your life fearlessly with no regrets. I’m always, here just a breath away.”

Naka relate ako kay Sir Jano Dec 29,2012 it also happened to me, I was in the next room when my brother took his own life he totally made it sure that I am sleeping that time. Napagod kasi ako maglinis ng bahay malapit na yung New Year nun obligatory ang paglilinis ng buong bahay. Kaya ako nag nap sa afternoon ng mga panahon na yon napagod ako at kami lang sa bahay kakarating lang din ni kuya galing sa Christmas party nila at work, wala yung mommy ko kasi may pinuntahan at yung dad ko nasa manila that time. Hindi ko naramdaman na dumating yung mommy ko nagising nalang ako sa sigaw ng mom ko. I rushed immediately papunta sa next room na clueless kung ano ang nangyari. Pag pasok ko sa room bumungad sa akin ang pangyayare ang sakit yung gusto mo xa e save at sana mabuhay xa. Ang hirap ng mga panahon na yun kasi kami lang ng mommy ko, hindi ako makapaniwala na magagawa ng kuya ko yun. Dinala yung kuya ko sa pinaka malapit na ospital habang ako naiwan sa bahay namin na mag isa at nag dadasal na mabuhay siya, inabot na ng gabi dumating na ibang kaanak namin inayos yung bahay namin yung mga christmas decor pinag-tatangal na ng mga tita ko umiiyak ako habang silang lahat ay nagkakagulo. Nalaman namin na yung mga social media accounts nya ay binura nya kahit call logs at messeges sa phone nya. Ang hirap ng binigay at iniwan na responsibilidad ng kuya ko sa akin hanngang ngayon sa panahon ng aking kalungkutan at problema minsan naiisip ko kung bakit nya ako iniwan. Nakita ko din yung pain ng isang inang nawalan ng anak naawa ako sa mommy ko mas lalo ko minahal yung mom ko. Tama nga sila masakit sa isang nanay ang mawalan ng anak. Hanggang dito nalang po.
Janno and his dad are my idols. I like Janno for his singing and comedies and his dad Ronaldo for his acting. I love both of them. I just watched the movie of Ronaldo Valdez 2good2be true recently lang. Coz i don't have time to watch that before. When I heard about his passing, I watched his movie, at lalo ko siyang minahal because of his acting. Ang galing galing n'ya talaga. Totoong totoo ang mga arte n'ya. And of course the KathNiel and the rest of the casts, did it well. Pinagpuyatan ko talaga. Kasi series ang movie nila. Very nice and beautiful movie with lessons. Congratulations to all of the casts. I remember my father- in law he is 86 yrs old strong not sick no maintenance, he just pass
away this month to depression 😢 every time tatawag ang Mr ko sa kanya lagi niya sinasabi gusto ko ng mamatay, meron sana ng baril at barilin ko na sarili ko, lagi niyan sinasabi wala nangungumusta sa kanya feeling niya walang nagmamahal sa kanya at malayo ang mga ank niya sa kanya, isang araw nag attempt siyang maglason, pero awa ng Dios naagapan nman naitakbo sa hospital, pero this month wala na tlg at plinano niya ng gawin ng maaga maaga sinabit niya yong sarili niya sa ilalim ng puno😭ng matanggap ko yong balita sa Mr ko sobra iyak ko at naawa sa biyanan ko, dapat noong una pa sana napatignan na sya sa phycologist para naagapan, nasan ka man naroroon tatang nawa mapatawad ka ni Lord sa ginawa mo🙏I and my husband is Christian born again kaya sobrang bigat ng pakiramdam.
