I really enjoy ur content, it is the most realistic poker vlog out!!!💯.... im glad ur playing 2/5... not a fan of bom but not bad, thanks for these video's
The people telling you to open up are $1-2, $1-3 players. We ignore their opinions as those games are drastically different than $2-5 and above. No issues with your preflop range
He is flatting 3 bets when he opens with QQ and has a caller behind and then guy on button 3 bets and then checks all 3 streets and calls only a c-bet on the flop lmao. That is most definitely a preflop range issue in a 1-2 1-3 or a 2-5 game lmfao
@@Pokerbabbo you're definitely getting too passive again man. 7:12 with QQ out of position, you should be firing that 4 bet to $200 or $225. I'm not sure what you have behind - that's a tip I'd suggest in the graphics rather than your win/loss during the session, what is your stack behind? But out of position, you need to be more aggressive preflop for sure. I'm rooting for you but you're playing scared again.
Ayy buddy..... I bet you stink at 2/5... ill take your money any day if you play like this guy.... come to foxwoods in CT and i will roll you and him and the game will close because i played 2/5 offsuit dumbshit.......... 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I saw you flat a raise out of the small blind with 10-9 suited… I could be wrong but I think pretty much every training site for even live poker has that as a 3 bet or fold from the small?
Went to las vegas for some traveling. Went into the Sahara and completely chickened out. Im going to do what I can here in Az before going back there. Stuffs rather intimidating
🤷🤷 I think people overvalue small pocket pairs. Folding 22 in a lot of position. Pretty sure the hand I had 77 there was a raise and a 3bet and definitely not cold calling a 3bet with 77
I think players overplay a lot of hands in PLO. The 55 should be an easy fold. He’s got bottom boat and bottom boats are so vulnerable IMO. But especially because he has nothing on the other board, it’s a snap fold. You’re HOPING to chop with bottom boat. Too optimistic if you ask me. But nice hand for you. Very nice win. Great session!
The QQ hand you need to go huge for value pot or more, cause on a double paired board his A high hands are all checking back, you’re going to have some back door stuff that wants to bluff big cover your ass and lead with overbet. The J83dd doesn’t seem like an overbet to me off hand, thought BTN overbets only come on board with massive range advantage like AQ6 FD or stuff like that.
The QQ hand you need to go huge for value pot or more, cause on a double paired board his A high hands are all checking back, you’re going to have some back door stuff that wants to bluff big cover your ass and lead with overbet there
Babbo, I would like to comment on the KK hand. When your heads up with a standard pre flop bet - call from villain, you virtually always want to c bet when an A comes. You have more aces in your range. Also if villain has an ace, typically an upsized turn barrel can fold out a weak naked top pair. The idea is to be aggressive within your range when applicable. Think of it as merging all your range into the perceived actual hand. This really only changes when villain donks OOP or if pre flop raise was large for particular “table stakes”. You generally want to disregard live reads and just keep hammering. Aggressive play always wins the day! Good luck hope this helps.
Saying disregard live reads seems absolutely ridiculous. If you have a read go with it rather than GTO and save $ or win $. Reads are more powerful than GTO as they give information that a solver doesn’t use
Thanks for watching! Live cash games are very different that online or GTO. you’d think that we have more A than villain but a lot of the times that’s not the case since they tend to call with way more A’s that we’re raising with that’s the purpose of checking a lot of A high boards.
I dislike the bomb pots and I always skip them. Not interested in PLO and if I want to watch people play the lottery, I'll watch Brian Christopher. I enjoy watching you run through your NLH hands - good stuff.
It’s higher variances but there’s still skills involved and they can be very profitable because how badly people play they since they’re not used to split pot games
It's Great that you do bomb pots at Jamul....usually that doesn't happen there....the closest Poker Room that I've been a part of bomb pots for change of dealers and new players has been at The Gardens Casino at the $5/$5/$10 table where the bomb pots are $25 for each player....
Great vlog. Amazing session. Those two big bomb-pot wins were super cool. Also liked the hand at the 3:30 mark featuring that over-bet. Seems not very balanced of him. 🤷♂️
Running good, think you should be playing some more of the 3 bet pots with kQ and other hand i see you fold. opening j9 suited also but your solid player. think your image is tight so if you did bluff id say you can look very strong. Great vlog hope you continue to run good!
Thanks man! Yeah working on pumping up the aggression. I’d definitely be raising with J9s in a lot of positions but not calling a raise. Thanks for watching!
Keep it up. Just a thought, It's not really the correct approach to have when you are doing this for a living to depend on "miracles" for your existence.
It was great to see you have a upswing session...love the nail polish change...not a fan of the frowny face even though I know the other thumb is the smiley face. Keep practicing the strategies that you align too, learning to be bendy and tight, is a personal process. Hope your upswing lasts
I always enjoy your VLogs, and this one was a beaut. I have less than a week of experience in playing Dbl Bd PLO bomb pots (at the Lodge in Texas). They add a tremendous amount of variance to the game and reduce the number of NLH hold'em hands per hour,, so my preference is to avoid them, but when in Texas you need to go with the flow. Glad they were favorable for you this time!
Hey man!! Thanks for watching! I really enjoy bomb pots since I think players just don’t know how to play them since it such a new game making them very profitable
The 64dd is interesting. For what it's worth, i don't think that flop (J83dd) is an overbet spot. Vs overbets though, we normally want to play almost all of our range as a pure call. Since, it's such a polarized line, if we raise maybe bluffs will fold but thick value will pile in more money. For example, on that turn card, if you had check raised the overbet, he had re-raised you then with some thick value hand, that is a disastrous outcome.
The graphics were wrong on the big bomp pot. I had to look a bunch of times but he had 5c not the 5s. If it was the 5s he would have had a Q5s flush and would have chopped the side pot.
I’m no pro but man you gotta open your range a little bit. Just folding AJo, QJo or ATo preflop is so incredibly tight no wonder you get 0 calls with your 3 bet
@@Pokerbabboim a winning player and can tell you that charts only matter for online play and not live and that you dont understand deeper aspects of the game.. i know you think you are smart though😂😂😂
What about the strategy of overbetting or checking on A high board? It's not solver approved so is it some sort of exploitation of the filed? Personally I don't range bet these board as the pfr in position as a lot of mid reg do (it's a mistake and we know it) but surely doesn't just overbbet or check. Just a few of them are overbet (mostly AKX, AQX), some are check, and some are standard 33% cbet. Curious about that.
I think it would very likely be silver approved if you lock in the ranges people tend to have live games. So often they play way to many Ax combinations making them have more than what we have in our raising range
@@Pokerbabbo If you solve Axx flop bt vs bb, where bb has any AXs and many AXr, they are not bet big or check. Anyway I will look at them more deeply. In any case thanks for your wonderful vlog.
