Spoilers for March’s New Form’s Kit:
The new March 7th form that is releasing soon will be amazing for this account. Her damage comes from her Basic Attack, which she enhances when she gets 7 stacks. Her skill just helps her get those stacks faster. But her scaling is absolutely absurd, and we get her for free + all her eidolons so big win!

For the next characters, I think Jade could be good for your account, considering her skill is only a buff and her attack is always in blast mode (I just don't remember correctly if her FuA is tied to the skill or not)

Jade gains charges for her FUA when she or the character she uses her skill on attacks based on how many enemies they hit, and she needs 8 charges to launch her FUA, so I'm not sure how consistently she could launch her FUA without being able to use her skill
