You won't be able to start off with tier 4 moas if it is your 1st time. You'll need to lvl up your moa breeding profession 1st. Otherwise the selection process is the same, it'll bring up the list of moas you claimed and you'll choose the ones you want

Nice video! Can I start breeding Tier 4 moas? Or what I need to to select the Tier of Moa that I want to breed?
