The thing I had to get used to was the captain taking silver from one chest and then ignoring it in the next. Looting with the captain is like a ocd restraint test lol

Luck potions roll again to add additional loot to the chest for each level of luck, as far as i know it does not replace any existing loot, only adds more if the slot rolled was empty. However there may be a “more valuable items overwrite” thing going on since it does seem more prone to higher value items than not
That's not how luck works in RLCraft...for pre generated chests such as battle towers, 4 towers, libraries the loot is pre generated inside a chest and cannot be changed with luck, other chests such as desert temples, lycanite dungeons, dragon nests, end cities the loot is not generated until the chest is open, which are the chests that luck will work on
@@BakermanCoD2 oh true, i forgot that the towers are some of the rare pre-gened chests in this pack, the effect though is correct at least from what my testing showed

For those of you wondering about the luck....No luck does not affect chests inside 4 towers and he still calls then the lost cities haha..The end crystals only affect the floor below and above them.
Upgrade all of your skills..You do not need 2 double chests of xp tomes.
Well - "technically". The loot is generated when the chunks get generated (for nearly all generated structures in RLCraft). Now, while I haven't tested it - I'm told that having the luck effect happening *while* the chunks generate the dungeon(s) causes the loot to be better. While that might as well be a tale/myth - what *isn't* a myth is having luck in Lost Cities. Luck also affects default minecraft structures (if you can even find a normal desert temple), like the End Cities. It'd also affect default fishing... if that existed. Luck should affect the new fishing though, as there is a passive for fishing luck in the skills.
I wish Luck just... affected everything to be honest. o- o Drop rates, item counts, rare drop chances, etc. But it only affects such specific things..
@@masterkevkev Only some chest have generated loot, which is when luck does not work..such as libraries, battle towers, dungeons, mega battle towers. No having luck while you generate chucks does not work....

Captain…since you are desperate for mending you should ALWAYS carry luck potions on you to take BEFORE opening any of the chests in the highest/lowest rooms or boss rooms in dungeons/towers! As well as before opening chests in village libraries!
Luck does not affect chests in village libraries or towers or rouge like/doom like dungeons, apart from the room with a single chest in the middle of the room and the very bottom room with loads of spawner's and 8 chests can randomly have 1 or possibly 2 chests sometimes that is affected by luck.

The very best place to use luck is obviously the lost City but we,re not there yet....The top 2 other places where luck affects chests are end cities and end ships and every lycanite dungeon.
i think the lost city structure near jagloriak is a ruined one which is prominant from the fact that the roof has fallen in the room where jardon ends the video and has spawners hidden underneath it

just saying, and i've check multiple times, you DO NOT have viper on your nunchucks
you definitely dont have viper on the chucks it hasnt been on them since they got remade you forgot to get viper ive look many times at the enchants listed on it
beside rune pierce which isnt arrow pierce two separate things
also look into subject science as well pretty sure it applies potion damage effect to mobs on hit might cause explosion but idk if it hurt the player but your immune anyway
also please swap back to the ankh shield and put proper enchants on like blocking power and such so you get another bobble
also maybe do some reforges to get the best again traits on the rest
besides that more optimization with enchants for armor
also leveling up both skills and getting some more useful perks still probably some left

Can you enchant fishing rods if so you'd have a higher chance of getting mending on one of them and just pull it off
mending can't be gotten from enchantment tables

Well, before Aquatic update you could make an afk fish farm and get tons of enchanted books which includes mending :)
