Hey everyone, I'm really excited to be back on R6S today! Don't worry - Loads more COD WW2 beta videos lined up too. :) Also - NEW operators are coming out on TUESDAY - Stay tuned for more gameplay (I posted some gameplay with them when I went to Gamescom last week) this week! :D
Some tips: Attackers: - Sledge: Good operator. His main ability smashes though breakable walls and doorways/windows with one hit. With the added benefit of being able to one hit kill a player. - Thatcher: Most useful operator in the game due to his main ability which are emp grenades able to take out any electronics. - Ash: Very fast and small head shot hit box operator. Very good for running and gunning. - Thermite: Both him and Hibana are good investments because they are the only ones able to break through reinforced walls and hatches. - Twitch: Famas is awesome and her twitch bot can take out electronics much like Thatcher and her bot can also double as a drone. - Montagne: Moderate operator, not too bad but not the absolute best. His main ability makes his shield cover your whole body. Good for secure the area and moving in first into the objective with teammates behind you taking shots at the enemy. - Glaz: Good op, need good accuracy and be able to take things slow and methodically in order to properly use him. His main ability is a thermal scope which sees through smoke, very useful and best map to use him is on plane. - Fuze: Good op, with the great AK, very low recoil, also has a shield if you'd like. His ability shoots 5 grenade pucks into any room that you chose. Doesn't work on reinforced walls but can go through Castle's barrier. - Blitz: Not too bad, his ability flashes enemies in from of his shield making enemies blind and easy for you to kill. - IQ: Great op, great AUG, her abilities will be VERY useful in Blood Orchid when Ela and Lesion enter the game, her ability is being able to detect all electronics including Pulse's heartbeat sensor. Very solid investment. - Buck: His assault rifle kicks like a mule, his dmr is pretty okay, doesn't hit too hard but makes up for it with fire rate. His ability is the shotgun under his main weapon which is great for making holes in walls and killing players on the other side. - Blackbeard: Two very great weapons, assault rifles hits hard and so does is slow fire rate dmr. His shield can only take a few shots but placing yourself in windows and making yourself a small target really helps out with this operator. - Capitao: Really great assault rifle, hits hard like Blackbeard's weapon. His ability is being able to shoot a quick killing flame arrow which leaves an area of damage which kills anyone trapped inside, or smoke to cloud up your advancements. - Hibana: Great assault rifle, doesn't hit too hard but with some good aiming you'll get your target. And her secondary weapon, which fires full auto is a great sidearm to run with. She, like Thermite, opens murder holes with her main ability on reinforced walls. - Jackal: Awesome assault rifle, low recoil, good damage, secodary shotgun is good for CQB, and his ability is being able to see enemy's footprints, see which op they are, and pings their location every 10 seconds. Solid operator. Now with all these ops and weapons, some people prefer running with silencers to conceal where their shots are coming from and keep a low profile at the cost of damage reduction. Most of these operators will have very big nerfs or buffs when Blood Orchid is released so be sure to always read the latest patch notes on Rainbow6 to see how your favorite operator has been tweaked. I would recommend using barbed wire over most things in the game as it is one of the most useful items - place it at places where you think the enemies will approach e.g doors, windows etc. 2. Each operator has a couple primary weapons to choose from, use assault rifles or smgs as shotguns are really underpowered compared to them. However if u have 2 ars to choose from use them both to see which one u like better e.g ash has the G36 and the R4C - the community is very split on which one is better but pick whichever one u like.(in my opinion I like the R4C cause I can control the recoil) 3. Jägers assault rifle is VERY good so u really shouldn't pick the shotgun over it. 4. Use everything you have to your advantage. In this video you hardly use any of Jägers ADS which are extremely helpful, I would put them near doors/windows to stop enemies throwing grenades in. Or near some barbed wire so they can't destroy it. 5. Use ALL of your reinforcements that you have on defence as this will make the wall inpenetrable and only the operators Thermite and Hibana be able to break through them 6. The preparation phase is very important as it is the time where the attackers cannot kill you (unless you are bad enough to get killed by the twitch drone) so use this wisely and place all gadgets, reinforcements and barbed wire down to stop the enemies from breaching/running through quickly. 7. In some ways this game is like COD but in others it is nothing like it. A single bullet can be the reason of life and death meaning the time to kill is very quick. If you shoot people in the head it is a one shot kill therefore I would recommend you get the jist over where the enemy's head will be stood up, crouched down and obviously when they're prone it will be directly towards the floor 8. USE SOUND TO YOUR ADVANTAGE - there are some tutorials on TH-cam to which u could use to recognise different sounds to where an enemy is. I would watch them if I were you. There are lots more things that could be helpful but these are things that will help you at the moment
Ali I hope these help 1. Use the 416c with Jäger 2. Pay attention to the sound around you 3. Constantly ads around corners 4. Play team-supportive roles on both offense and defense 5. Watch Macie Jay, Matimio, and Serenity 17
tips for ali a. hopefully he'll red this comment. 1) use Jager's assault rifle. it is probably the best defensive weapon. 2) aim for headshots more. it is a 1 shot headshot at any range with any weapon in this game.( not if you use caveira's 99 damage pistol) 3) done ares more and don't always tag the enemy. You have to make the enemy not know that you know where he is. 4) dont pick pick weapons based on what people tell you. choose it yourself. would recommend that you try all of the weapons that the operator has to understand how they are and choose which one you feel more comfortable with. 5) Think of different strategies. don't fix your mind on one strategy. 6) peek corners more. 7) since you are a bit of a noob at this game ( no offense ) sometimes allow other people pick operators which they like since they probably more experienced than you. 8) since you are a very aggressive player i would recommend buck. he has an under-barrel shotgun that can break though walls easily and can kill if you're in a bad situation. 9) whats some youtube tips. 10) know that everyone loves your video.
Im a Platinum player, I am happy for more people to come over from COD. It will lead to better competition in the future and reduce the time it takes to find games. No complaining when there is more content for me to watch either!
Fluidy that's what I'm saying. I don't get when people say that cod players "ruin". If your gold 1 or higher then you shouldn't really be complaining about people running around like they don't know what they are doing.

I just made it to diamond and quite frankly idc about cod players coming over cause all I know is there not gonna be in the diamond platinum ranking for a while soooo, I'm good besides they won't reach my ranking for a while this games play style is harder, more fun and more patience involved
I recommend sledge, his gun is easy for beginners with its little recoil and his secondary SMG-11 is amazing. His hammer is also useful for breaking through walls.
Honestly coming from someone with a little over 300 hours played in this game I don't understand why people are so negative about new players, we should happily take them in because that means that the game will grow In revenue hence letting the developers improve the game we love so much. Just because we got here first doesn't mean we deserve the whole game for ourselves
Hi Ali. Just 5 quick TIPS! Jäger is pronounced YAYGER. You were right. 1) Blackbeard is best used picking round your team mates riot shields or window entrances. 2) It is best to put jäger devices on the floor as it covers more area. 3) you might also want to put them down after the drone sequence in case they have a twitch to destroy them 4) you should always put down your shield ( best in doorways then put traps behind) 5) when you die on defence use the cameras to scan enemies for your team mates.
all tips I can agree with except you shouldn't be running a shield on defence as barbed wire is so much more useful. Never spot on a camera. That's just stupid 😂
Great job guys u turned him into a ash jager main😂... Its fine ill give u tips on how to use them. *Jager -device used usually around the objective by the entry points. -his AR is more useful since its the ONLY AR on defense -jager is used mostly as one of the best roaming characters so feel free to play jager like its COD -jager will be getting his acog taken off but the next sight i would prefer is holographic. *Ash -used mostly as a rushing charchter since the meta is rushing (FOR NOW) -once the meta changes she will be better slower and methodical (JUST FOR FUTURE PREFERENCE) -ash has a small hitbox which makes her a hard target to hit. -her G36C is not a bad gun if u cant control the recoil of her R4C.
Tip #1: Dont challenge the impossible. You tried to peak someone across the room with a shotgun and he had a much higher advantage. Also slow things down youre playing to fast to be new at the game.
thirdstash people should just learn to counter it instead of asking for it to get removed . Sure it's annoying but it's also risky for the defender to peak sometimes
Ali-A 1. Cody hastings gave 2 bad tips, bucks CAMRS is overpowered if you have a good trigger finger, maybe try valkrie and learn good spots for her cams to give good intel. Very very helpful, blackbeard is a good operator, hes not good when you hang back and let the team push first, hes like a frontliner and hes good for soaking those 2 bullets in the shield and getting the kill. But, when his shield is on you walk and run slower, so tip, switch to his pistol to gain his base speed back and switch to his bulky shield slowness when needed, hope this helps 😁.
1. Each operator is different. They have different abilities (R1) 2. Don't forget to put up your 2 reinforcements in the very start of the match. (Bottom left of the screen) 3. You have 2 drones, use them to your advantage 4. Be aware that there might be roamers 5. Use Jager's AR more than his shotgun 6. This game is not a lot like cod. It take patience 7. Go to your settings. Go to match preferences and only keep on secure area and hostage, those are the easier game modes 8. Ignore the negativity, you are new and will soon get the hang of it 👍🏼
Hey Ali your probably going to get hundreds of comment about this but don't use jäger shot gun use his 4-16 carbine it is probably one of the best guns in the game but beside that you doing well and learning fast for a beginner and I suggest that you pick up smoke in the operator shop and set him up like this Primary:the shotgun for attachments lasers sight and reflex Secondary:smg-11 attachments holographic sight, grip,and compensator Your smg-11 will be your primary in this set up do not waist its bullets as they are holy your shot gun will be used to put holes in the wall and deal with drones as well as close quarters combat keep up the good work Ali love your channel
A little tip for you when you play do get to level 20 don't go straight into ranked as you will meet players that are toxic and will spoil your experience so I would recommend sticking to casual till your confident with the game and are higher than 40 Ik that it restricts your content but in ranked it might give you a negative view on a game that is good until you meet people that are going to be very toxic and tryharding as people take ranked very seriously. Keep up the great content loving to see that you've switched it up from cod👍
ali-a 1. jager is a running character or a roamer 2. no matter which character you use they wont let you customize a special ability 3. for attack i recommend jackal for attack and dont use his primary shotgun 4. dont use shotguns unless your on a small room and hall way map 5. i would take a couple hours and go through the maps and find most good angles, hiding spots, and hidden peek holes and any other good things to use against the other team 6. when placing a jager trap place them where it will be harder to shoot or kill so that you can get as many uses out of it as you can. this should help in your siege game play a little bit :)
some specific tips for you alia are: 1. Dont use acog unless you are super comfortable with it because using the other optics are way better for new players as i am level 110 in siege yet i suck with acog so i use the other optics such as red dot 2. when you are a defender you do not have to roam around b/c the attackers will always come for you. 3. Also when you get points it says what it was for on the right side of the screen 4. Frost is an amazing operater and is sick for all types of players. Her mg is super good and her shotgun is pretty good too. Just depends on your play style. 5. Thermite also has a solid AR thats really good at mid to long rangr and sometimes close range. 6. USE JACKAL he suits ur play style. His ability allows you to see foot steps and his weapon is sooooo good in everything and make sure you put angled grip and red dot on cause those are musts. You do need to roam. If everyone plays anchor the attackers will know where you are and they have free movement all around the map allowing them to take hatches walls and floors and then attack from all sides. Depending on the map and objective you should most of the time have 2/3 roamers in a team.
Ali play the 4-16 carbine on jäger with acog and vertical grip it's op plus use it quick cos theyre taking acog of jäger and bandit. Use barb wire as well also since you bought the year 1 fox buy the year 2 because the new Ines come out soon
1. You're saying Jagers name correctly 2. Use Jagers assault rifle with acog (although they are about to remove his acog so use it while it lasts) 3. Place Jagers trophy systems near windows 4. Don't use lasers, because if you're at a door and the person doesn't know you are there, they can see your laser and know you're position 5. Play ranked (better communication and team mates and you can't join in mid game etc.) 6. Shotguns have very very low range 7. When you shoot, the +10 only means they are in your sights 8. It's not your fault the R6 community is pissed at you, they don't like anyone else other than themselves for what ever reason and are astoundingly toxic. I have never seen a more toxic community (don't believe me? Just look at the r6 sub Reddit) 9. The person who disappeared at the end went in the hallway to your left when you where walking in the office 10.use up on the d pad to look at cameras on defense Hope that helped :)

they are not the best: noted ,king George, Pengu, Godly, Serenity, Beda, kixstar... 4/6 are or used to be in pro league or are at the moment. (all of them are diamonds)

Sniper Guardian i agree with what you are saying. I think what most people are upset about is that he is clearly not playing this game enough off screen i.e practicing, so its quite frustrating for even newish players to watch him make such rookie choices/mistakes. I think its great that hes branching out tho.

People that don't want Ali to play this aren't very smart. If he comes from another FPS game and you don't want him, then someone that comes from like rocket league definitely would be discouraged from playing. This mean the fanbase can only go down. Also, if someone leaves the player base for a while then come back, the exact same thing would happen. People acting like this are just making the game die quicker. Please stop hating on new players because we need them to keep the game alive. *Sidenote - Jager has the only defensive assault rifle so I suggest using that. Also, the AR is losing the ACOG sight soon, so make use of it while you can.
Also I doubt one cod scrub will make the game die quicker , no one wants dropshotting ashes in the game so I don't care if the game has a lower player base without toxic kids thinking there gods cuz they play cod
The Siege community don't like the COD players because they think that during infinite warfare COD players surged onto Siege and caused a lot of toxicity (tea bagging and sprinting around the map etc...)
Tom Day I feel like the main problem with cod players is they try to play the game just like cod and most of the time think they're much better than they actually are. Look at Tmartn for example. He literally pre records his gameplay (who even knows if it's him playing) and then he will just talk over it acting like he's playing. The thing that annoys me about Ali playing siege is he screams all the time and really emphasises the smallest of things.

Hi Ali. Just 5 quick TIPS! Jäger is pronounced YAYGER. You were right.
1) Blackbeard is best used picking round your team mates riot shields or window entrances.
2) It is best to put jäger devices on the floor as it covers more area.
3) you might also want to put them down after the drone sequence in case they have a twitch to destroy them
4) you should always put down your shield ( best in doorways then put traps behind)
5) when you die on defence use the cameras to scan enemies for your team mates.
all tips I can agree with except you shouldn't be running a shield on defence as barbed wire is so much more useful. Never spot on a camera. That's just stupid 😂

Ali-A 1. Cody hastings gave 2 bad tips, bucks CAMRS is overpowered if you have a good trigger finger, maybe try valkrie and learn good spots for her cams to give good intel. Very very helpful, blackbeard is a good operator, hes not good when you hang back and let the team push first, hes like a frontliner and hes good for soaking those 2 bullets in the shield and getting the kill. But, when his shield is on you walk and run slower, so tip, switch to his pistol to gain his base speed back and switch to his bulky shield slowness when needed, hope this helps 😁.

1. Each operator is different. They have different abilities (R1)
2. Don't forget to put up your 2 reinforcements in the very start of the match. (Bottom left of the screen)
3. You have 2 drones, use them to your advantage
4. Be aware that there might be roamers
5. Use Jager's AR more than his shotgun
6. This game is not a lot like cod. It take patience
7. Go to your settings. Go to match preferences and only keep on secure area and hostage, those are the easier game modes
8. Ignore the negativity, you are new and will soon get the hang of it 👍🏼

Hey Ali your probably going to get hundreds of comment about this but don't use jäger shot gun use his 4-16 carbine it is probably one of the best guns in the game but beside that you doing well and learning fast for a beginner and I suggest that you pick up smoke in the operator shop and set him up like this
Primary:the shotgun for attachments lasers sight and reflex
Secondary:smg-11 attachments holographic sight, grip,and compensator
Your smg-11 will be your primary in this set up do not waist its bullets as they are holy your shot gun will be used to put holes in the wall and deal with drones as well as close quarters combat keep up the good work Ali love your channel

A little tip for you when you play do get to level 20 don't go straight into ranked as you will meet players that are toxic and will spoil your experience so I would recommend sticking to casual till your confident with the game and are higher than 40 Ik that it restricts your content but in ranked it might give you a negative view on a game that is good until you meet people that are going to be very toxic and tryharding as people take ranked very seriously. Keep up the great content loving to see that you've switched it up from cod👍

1. jager is a running character or a roamer
2. no matter which character you use they wont let you customize a special ability
3. for attack i recommend jackal for attack and dont use his primary shotgun
4. dont use shotguns unless your on a small room and hall way map
5. i would take a couple hours and go through the maps and find most good angles, hiding spots, and hidden peek holes and any other good things to use against the other team
6. when placing a jager trap place them where it will be harder to shoot or kill so that you can get as many uses out of it as you can.
this should help in your siege game play a little bit :)

some specific tips for you alia are:
1. Dont use acog unless you are super comfortable with it because using the other optics are way better for new players as i am level 110 in siege yet i suck with acog so i use the other optics such as red dot
2. when you are a defender you do not have to roam around b/c the attackers will always come for you.
3. Also when you get points it says what it was for on the right side of the screen
4. Frost is an amazing operater and is sick for all types of players. Her mg is super good and her shotgun is pretty good too. Just depends on your play style.
5. Thermite also has a solid AR thats really good at mid to long rangr and sometimes close range.
6. USE JACKAL he suits ur play style. His ability allows you to see foot steps and his weapon is sooooo good in everything and make sure you put angled grip and red dot on cause those are musts.

irbaaz king acog is the easiest to use. Lv110 isnt high, you’re still learning. Use acog on as many weapons as possible
You do need to roam. If everyone plays anchor the attackers will know where you are and they have free movement all around the map allowing them to take hatches walls and floors and then attack from all sides. Depending on the map and objective you should most of the time have 2/3 roamers in a team.
Ali play the 4-16 carbine on jäger with acog and vertical grip it's op plus use it quick cos theyre taking acog of jäger and bandit. Use barb wire as well also since you bought the year 1 fox buy the year 2 because the new Ines come out soon
