@@tarunagrawalji I have not seen this issue but on searching google, I got below useful points which has solved same problem for others -
1.Make sure the printer driver is compatible with Windows 7. The driver which incompatible with Windows 7 will cause unexpected issue

2.Temporarily disable the all firewalls or anti-virus applications on both server side and client side.

3.Try adding the printer as a "local printer" in Windows 7:
Start > Devices and Printers > Add a printer > Add a local printer > Create a new port and in the drop-down box make sure "Local Port" is selected > Next > then under "Enter a port name" enter the path to the networked printer -\\computer name\printer name > OK
