My wife and i bought a used sorento with 70,000 miles on it. I checked the oil before we bought it. It was full and clean. We did alot of running around town and it never burned a drop of oil. Then my wife had to take a trip from missouri where we live to mississippi. I told her to check the oil when she stopped for gas. When she got home she said it didnt burn a drop of oil. So i checked it and sure enough it was still full and clean. This thing is turning out to be one of the best vehicles we have ever bought.
Yes it’s a great vehicle I have 115,000 miles now with absolutely no problems. The only problem I had was water in the taillights that Kia had to replace about 4 times! I always service my car at the local Kia dealership since I bought it brand new. Still drives fantastic as it did new!
I was wondering about the tail lights filling up with water. How much did it cost to replace them? I have a 2018 Kia forte lx Thanks! Great content brotha!
@@stedmanstansil7095 Mine do that on occasion. I was having a wiring issue with my rear taillights but it wasn't a major repair. I really baby my Forte and it still looks brand-new inside and out. I get 42-48 miles per gallon on the highway. I love this car! I'm glad yours is still doing great! Mine is almost at 79k miles. How many does yours have now? 😀
@@stlouisramsfan03I have a 17 forte lx at 60k and my rear/right brake light stop working. The bulb was still good so I swapped the harness with the left side and it worked. So I just ordered a used harness for $25 on eBay. Dealership was trying to charge $170. This is the only issue I’ve had on this car.
I have 2018 and I love it.

I think KIA could teach Detroit a few lessons.

My '17 has been trouble-free thus far. The only things were the trunk and the lights in the back. But nothing major at all.
Awesome I’m still having no problems. Just my rear taillights keep getting water in them

@@stedmanstansil7095 Nice! I reached 88k miles now on mine.
How did you change the transmission fluid? Just bought one of these and not sure what to do or what fluid to use.
I let my local Kia dealership do the service
Should car be in drive + or drive -
