It really depends on the situation. Sometimes you wanna use combo to poke down the enemy first and leave the option to swap with your w shadow to dodge a skill shot. Sometimes you just wanna use your ult to dodge an important ability. What makes zed a consistently annoying champ to deal with(regardless of nerfs) is his outplay potential and his range. You almost never wanna go for a full damage stat check unless you’re sure you can win
I just don't understand how people are this horrendous at itemization in challenger NA, KR & EUW? Flat AD + MR/Armour & CDR are the highest value stats in the game for AD scaling champions, with the highest winrates in high elo, with the least spread in average win deviation, with a small but reasonable sample size. SO what do you buy? Where is your hullbreaker, where is your death's dance, where is your wits end, maw, gargoyles, yoomu's, lucidity boots, mercs, eclipse, jaksho, ravenous hydra?? VALUE & scaling will win you what early game (0-8min) lethality CANNOT.

It’s super good for champs with early hard to dodge poke, malphite and talon are strong users for it along with a lot of mages
