I don't see anything majorly wrong with Teramoto's routine, why the low score???

what's the song that Asuka Teramoto used for her floor?
In Japan, do they have a different scoring system for national comps and another one for international? I understand D scores and E scores but im just wondering because it seems that they get higher scores in international competitions
