Getting to Know the Guides at El Pescador

As one of the first fishing lodges in Belize, we have three generations of guide staff working at El Pescador. Many of our guides have been with us for over 30 years, and some of our second and third generation of El Pescador guides were trained by their fathers and uncles, with whom they typically spent a decade learning the craft from, before becoming captains of their own flats boats.
