Interesting, the Village is actually Portmeirion, in Wales ! 🏴♥️. In that part of the country, there is a large % of first language Welsh speakers. Also recognized some of the actors from BBC shows, including George Baker and Paul Eddington ( from " Yes, Minister" a show my British parents enjoyed).
