The Last Jazz LP Collection Series by King Record is Crazy

Wow...I got a bunch of titles, over 100 titles from The Last Jazz LP Collection Series by King Record just recently. I used to have some titles in the series from time to time but not over 100 titles at the same time. Those are Savoy, Regent and Vanguard titles and some, I should say, are really, really minor but great session. Also, I am amazed at the recording condition of the originals which I believe is really, really superb. In this Series in the early 90's, Toyo Kasei cut and pressed and they cut it to the max making it amazing sound quality as well. The 90's jazz reissue movement in Japan is crazy...I wish I had them all mine...

Hello, nice video, I have the Kenny Clarke Klook's Clique from this series. Discogs says it's 1985 BTW. Excellent album. Also do you have any information on the sourcing of this series. Did they use original or at least copy tapes or was it sourced from digital as many 90's pressings are? Much Thanks, Reid in California

Thanks for your comment! The one you have I believe is from the mid 80's with white Obi. I don't know what kind of master they used but I believe is analog source.
